Landscaping reviews in Coventry, Rhode Island

A couple of my neighbors had very good experiences with these folks, so I was excited for the referral to redo my driveway. I reached out via phone and through the form on their website and never heard back from them. I'm really disappointed.

I gave M&M a call. I had some over grown weeds in my back lot an They came out immediately and trimmed the weeds down so it didn't cause Safety issue anymore. Thank you guys you are the best.

They did a great job. Every time it rains, my husband and I thank M&M for our great driveway. No more flooded crawlspace or flooded garage. They were awesome workers, polite, and just fantastic.

Amazing Job. Very professional. They were able to match our gravel perfectly.

I am a general contractor and I have dealt with many other companies M&M paving is the only paving contractor that has proven themselves to me time and time again! So I'm going to be using M&M paving for all future jobs! Highly recommend! We had attempted to have M & M talk to us about a project. First time we called we spoke to woman in office. Have since left 2 messages and actually gone down there and spoke to a worker
He called owner while we were there and said he would get back to us immediately. This was last weekend and still no call after many attempts. We had wanted to have our driveway sealed plus additional landscape projects.

M&M just completed a new driveway installation for me they do great work they completed the job on schedule for the price quoted. Mike was responsive to any questions I had when quoting the project and after completion. I highly recommend M&M to anyone needing paving work completed. I will be using M&M for additional hardscape work in the future.

They do great work but customer service is severely lacking. At every point of this job, I have had to chase them for any communication. From when they were coming to do the job, I got the quote in March and heard nothing. I had to call and email to find out when they were planning to do the job, they said they'd call two weeks before with no ball park. I asked for a ball park and was told July but they didn't get here until mid-August. They gave me a date and didn't show up and I called again and they came the next day. They widened my driveway and replaced retaining walls and fixed drainage and it looks great and then they paved and disappeared and just sent the bill. I feel like a job that's paying tens of thousands of dollars should have a walk through at the end to make sure the customer is satisfied. Now I can't even get an email or a phone call.

I'm very pleased with my driveway. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price. I mainly interacted with Derek, and he was helpful and pleasant.

I hope that they do better work than they drive. I just saw one of their trucks driving like a maniac down a residential road in Dartmouth, MA. They looked like they were going to run over a poor guy out for a bike ride. I will never use this company

Excellent job from beginning (project scoping) to end (project completion).
Mike and his team did a phenomenal job delivering on both service and the final product. I would highly recommend M&M for any of your landscape and paving needs.

This company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I asked multiple times for pictures or samples of the edging they planned to use on my driveway — a basic, reasonable request. Each time they brushed me off with excuses and promises to “send something soon,” which never happened. Eventually, they just stopped responding altogether.

I get that my project wasn’t massive, but that’s no excuse for completely ghosting a potential customer. If they can’t handle basic communication before the job even starts, I can only imagine how unreliable they’d be once you’ve paid them.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are plenty of other paving companies out there who actually respect their customers and follow through on what they say.

Terrible. Sloppy and disrespectful. I have spoken to them several times about the mess they leave behind, and it continues.

Rude. Poor business practice. Needed a simple task of getting tree branches removed. Didn’t even get that far in the convo.

Now that I am retired, it feels good to know that I can truly relax and depend on TFL to make my lawn the envy of all the neighbors!! Thank you TFL Crew, one and all!!

We have used Town Farm Landscaping for the past few years at my home in and business in Coventry. My yard never looked better. Dean has done a complete service not just cut grass!! His employees are professional and friendly… Highly Recommended!!!
