I had such a great experience with PuroClean.
My apartment flooded due to a really bad rain storm and PuroClean was in there the day of to start assessing the situation. Chris, Sarah, and their team were back early the next morning and got to work quickly. I wasn’t able to be there throughout the process due to work but Chris and Sarah were always easy to reach and quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had. When Sarah and her team had to go back into my unit to take down walls that were damaged she kept in contact with me about what was going. Again, I couldn’t be there but when I got home everything looked great and she did such a clean and efficient job. I honestly couldn’t haven’t asked for a better team to help during a really unfortunate situation. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely fantastic!! Had a leak in our upstairs shower that caused a decent amount of flooding in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The PuroClean team was there very quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning the area and communicating with us every step of the way. If you ever need this type of service look no further.

Dramatically quick response from Chris to our first call of distress. Phone pickup at the office is fast. ALL PEOPLE I talked to were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Recently used PuroClean of RI after a water pipe break flooded part of our basement. During what was a sometimes overwhelming event, everyone at PuroClean - from Stephanie who was a friendly, calming voice on the phone when we needed it, to Bri, Tom and Hunter who were quickly on-site to help, provide guidance thru the entire process, and visited each day until completion - were kind, professional, and dilligent in everthing did. True professionals from start to finish. I hope I never have to use a disaster cleaning company again, but PuroClean will be the only one I'll call if I ever have to.

My experience with PuroClean was fantastic, start to finish. Stephanie was responsive, and the techs, Bri and Honor, were professional, thorough, friendly and dependable. They arrived when they were scheduled to arrive, completed the work and my basement is now dry and smells great. A detailed estimate was provided, up front, by another knowledgeable tech (another Bri) who came to my home to look at the job and she explained exactly what was needed. I can't recommend this company highly enough for great, fast work at a reasonable price.

We worked with PuroClean following a backed up laundry drainage line flooding our apartment and damaging floors and some walls. The team was fantastic. Within 24 hours, they had assessed and cleaned the flooded area. They tore up the floorboards that needed to go, sprayed anti-microbial solution to deter mold growth, and installed drying and dehumidifying equipment to ensure drying. They communicated everything to our insurance company and ensured a quick resolution for us. We appreciate their help very much and would work with them again (though hopefully that's not necessary).

Two girls were sent to my house and they did an amazing job. Give these people a raise 10/10.

I have a finished lower level that smelled a bit musty. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. He determined that there were no leaks, no visible mold and didn’t think anything needed to be done except dehumidifier. I was pleased with his honesty and integrity.

The experience with PuroClean was extremely smooth and seamless. We needed help with mold mitigation and water damage after our basement flooded. They quickly came and assessed our situation. Sarah was knowledgeable and empathetic, got work started right away. The crew of Honor and Soza did an awesome job with mitigation and got us to a point where we could start restoration. They also helped set up the pack out/pack in process as well as storage of our furniture while mitigation was occurring. Could not be more happy with the service we received.

Bri & Jayson have helped me out with two leaks now (unfortunately!) and I have never had a better experience with any contractor, home service or repair team. My insurance provider arranged to have Puroclean address the remediation of the water damage that originated on the third floor and affected ceilings, walls and floors all the wat to the basement. Stefan from Puroclean arrived within a few hours and jumped in to clean up the water and dry out the ceilings before mold could form. He was very knowledgeable and had a full plan to minimize any damage. Not ever experencing a major water issue and not knowing what to expect from Puroclean had me very concerned about the outcome. Stefan instilled confidence in me that the clean-up and damage would be corrected to my satisfaction. He arrived at our home every day to record moisture levels and refocus efforts to areas that needed more drying. PuroClean is a one stop shop from start to finish. I did not need to hire painters or flooring cortractors. Great job! Thanks so much.

I’ve known the owner cris for a long time and never thought I would need his services when our basement flooded I called him immediately and he sent a team out right away, Jason and Kai helped us out in a very stressful situation. When our basement flooded we were overwhelmed with what to do. They came in and drained the basement and handled our personal belongings very professionally. Any questions or concerns I had Jason was there to walk us through the process. From start to finish we enjoyed having them in our home and highly recommend puroclean.

Wow! A tree fell on the roof during a wind storm on July 3, 2025. There was water and the tree in the attic. The company worked on the 4th of July to help us avoid mold and excessive problems. They set up dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. They removed all of the wet insulation and attic debris. Hunter was on the spot and fully engaged in making our worries disappear. He is a great asset to the company and deserves high kudos from me and my husband. Thank you Puroclean. 🥰👍👍

Very professional and thorough company. The job ended up basically gutting the room, including the windows, and putting the room back together that better than when they started. Worked with our home owners insurance which made it all seamless. Excellent communication and worked within our schedule. Chris, the project manager, and the team were very easy to work with.
