Constraction reviews in Cranston, Rhode Island

Zero stars if possible. This company uses an overpowered high velocity projectile salt dispenser that has regularly shot salt on the hood of my car, meaning the spray trajectory is set much too high and they use such large chunks of salt that it can the paint off of cars and the buildings in the neighborhood I live in. I had to buy a cover to protect one car from them and took photos of the truck in advance in the case they damage my or a neighbor's car with the huge rocks of salt they dispense (they claimed it was normal sized salt). With the force of their dispenser and the large solid pieces of salt, they could easily break automotive glass and chip paint as well as the buildings they drive close to. They also come and excessively salt even when there's only rain in the forecast. These people also show up in the middle of the night (1:15am) without any precipitation, revving the engines of their trucks and shouting at one another as if they're working in an industrial parking lot and not a residential property. They also shout loudly at night disturbing residents in their homes trying to sleep at night while distributing salt on sidewalks. I find them to be highly unprofessional. They use the cheapest, most dangerous materials and the incompetent behavior of the employees has disturbed my sleep every week throughout December. OPD Corp utilizes a lazy, dangerous method of application of salt. Their Employees also violated terms of the lease by shoveling between cars in the middle of the night, which I complained about because the one car with a cover on it isn’t going anywhere with the salty roads and the shovels can slip easily. Was not asked before they approached the car. Would not recommend. I guess this low quality work is what to expect when a construction company tries to be a professional residential landscaping business.Must be the cheapest service in the area. Truly awful. I tried calling but the voicemail box was full.

I called and spoke with Nicole who was very knowledgable, she answered all my questions. I met with Russ and Chris I was very impressed with their professionalism . They gave me some great design ideas. They came highly recommended by quite a few people. I will be hiring OPD Development Corp.

Great group of guys to work with. Delivered on everything we agreed on friendly and very easy-going. Work quality was exactly as promised. as of now I am more than satisfied with the results. I personally recommend them to anyone. Russ, Gerald and Chris are a great group of guys.

I worked with Sal regarding a property of mine that required smoke odor remediation after a tenant smoked inside. He was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the process. I appreciate the time he took to assess the situation and provide guidance. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Sal and his team did an amazing job helping us clean up and restore our finished basement!

had him over to quote wall repair and sink with cabinet install, gave a high price I thought, found contractor in next town who was almost half the price, called him back to tell him and just told me I didn't know what I was talking about and hung up, not recommended
