Keep having to chase them down every step of the process, from taking their own fans, to actually getting them in to finish the repair. Avoid this company if you actually want a job done in any amount of time.

I’m a real estate investor who owns 7 apartments. I’ve called for a remodel back in March 2020 and still in the process here January 2021. I’ve just got off the phone with them and still waiting for an electrician and it’s been over 9 months. Have had lots of leniency and have had 3 other apartments renovated which started after them with another company and have been long finished.

This process has been a bit ridiculous just to renovate 2 kitchens

Company is dishonest and unethical. They run up charges without approval. They pumped out a basement which I thought was part of the original remediation quote that we agreed to, i later found out they charge $35.50 per hour. And not only $35.5 pet hour but claim they had 3 guys working to basically turn on a pump so coat was over $100 per hour for what they said was 8 hours one day and 9 hours another day. They also doubled their initial quote half way through the job. I found this highly unethical and really dishonest. They wait until you’re stuck and then decide to run up the cost when the client is in a bad position. I would certainly recommend other more reputable companies.

They were amazing-After a sump pump failure we had hundreds of gallons of water in our basement. Alliance was able to get out to us in a matter of hours and we were back to normal few days

I used this company about 2-3 years ago. One of the selling points of their services. Was they would take care of all of the insurance information, billing, so on and so forth. About 3 years, now, and they are still contacting me about payments that I or the insurance company needs to make. I have contacted my insurance company, they stated that they have paid everything, nothing more needs to be done. I truly believe, this company has messed things up so badly, that I don't know what to do, anymore. They also, left construction waste in my basement and front yard, even though I contacted their workers to take care of it. I shouldn't have, had to contact them, because they said they would take care of that, also. Be careful of this company, I wasn't able to trust them, with anything. Also, as I have been dealing with this mess, I also, take care of my bedridden sister, who is dieing because of cancer, pretty much single handedly.

Alliance managed our repairs from a leaking tub drain pipe. They handled our insurance claim and found us wonderful people to do the repair work. It was a pleasure working with them!

Had them come in as Gem Plumbing referred me to them to clean my heating duct work. Estimate was for $1250 for a 5 rm house and I was told by the estimator it would take 4-6 hrs. It took 2 1/4 hrs. The tape they used did kept falling off snd would not hold up the cardboard blocking the vents, so that they could adequately removed the dirt snd dust. Plus items they unplugged, like my washer, they did not bother to plug back in. I had to wake up my son to find out if something was wrong with the washer just to use it. So they are WAY OVERPRICED and are not experts in duct cleaning, would NOT use them again.

Responded to a pipe burst/flood in our home within 20 minutes. Our team, led by Tristan, took us through our restoration process without issues. Great work all around from wood floor replacement to walls and paint. Alliance was very responsive to to any questions or concerns we had!
