Beware of this company! I hired them to clean my dryer vent...the workers pulled my washer/dryer unit (not quite a year old) out of its closet to clean the vents, and then pushed it back into the closet. When I tried to use the washer the next day, it would not start its cycle. Long story short, the Alliance workers came back to check on it, banged on the lid, pulled the washer/dryer out and back in again but said they couldn't see anything wrong with it and that I would have to call an appliance repair place. I did, and they found several error messages, fixed them and billed me $100. When I asked Alliance to consider paying some if not all of that repair bill, the Manager Scott was so rude to me, and even hung up the phone on me! Needless to say, they didn't pay. Consider hiring a different company.

What happens when you realize that for several days the water from every shower you took was draining directly onto your cellar floor because the drain pipe from the tub had become detached from the sewer stack? I figured my wet vac and a call to my handy-man would be all it took. Wrong on both counts. Although he was able to jury-rig the pipe so I, at least, could use my shower, the assessment of the situation was that his expertise just wasn't enough to repair the issue, and a plumber would be needed.

First things first...get rid of the water. I called a plumbing company I had done business with and was put in touch with
Alliance Restoration.

Enter Mike Almeida.

Within an hour, he was assessing the water situation for me, and, before the afternoon was over, two industrial dehumidifiers and an air scrubber were delivered to be left roaring in my basement for the next few days. Mike left me that day with the ultimate evaluation "...the pipe would need replacing and the tub would most likely need to be removed..." His advice was to get a plumber in to get the full evaluation. Within a few days I heard those words again...along with the word "demolition."

And so it began.

The basement clean-out took place on February 15th and uncovered asbestos floor tiles. Water mitigation then morphed into asbestos abatement which was a process covering several days. While that was going on, the bathroom demolition began on February 16th with the 'sledge-hammering tub removal'. Over the course of the next week, crews from Alliance did their thing...at one point I had NINE guys in my home working in one capacity or another...with the grand finale on the 23rd. My bathroom had been stripped to the studs.

A demolition of any kind inside one's home is not a pleasant experience, but from day one, each and every member of the crew earned beyond a five star rating. They were respectful of my home, happily addressed my questions and concerns, willing to talk me through the process, humorous, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Mike responded to each and every text within a very short time, and took my calls with professionalism and patience. I couldn't have asked for a better company to handle a very stressful situation.

So to Mike, Walter, Dylan, Louie M, OJ, Brandon N, Matt, Louie O, and Kyle here's to you...I knew I was in good hands. You have my heartfelt thanks for going above and beyond, and keeping me from going over the edge!

Alliance is the best! Would never go with anyone else. They did amazing work and were so professional. I can’t say enough about them. And working with Scott was great! So trustworthy and kind. Highly recommend this company.

In the beginning of my ordeal in january 2022, I will say when they first came out to do the cleanup. And when their crew was there, things were getting done pretty good, they brought in outside
Contractors Which was a total nightmare?
The general manager, my house was useless. He was never there. He never followed through with one thing he said he was going to. So at this point, I'm going to change my recommendation and say there is no way I would ever recommend this company. They're very unprofessional, very shady. I'm still waiting and we are now in march of 2025I think that's quite a long time to get the job done. And when I say done I mean, well and all aspects of the job, find yourself another contractor save yourself, the frustration, the anxiety and the mental anguish.

Alliance came out the same day we had a flood in our finished downstairs. Everyone in the area was having problems and they still came out !
Mike Alemeida was amazing! Saw what we needed got a crew out fast and dried us out.
They carefully removed any water damage and did preventative measures to prevent any mold. And left my home clean and organized

Joey and the remediation team were great. Awesome communication and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I had a septic/sewage backup in August and Alliance was outstanding! They showed up the same day and immediately started to work. Brianna was excellent, calming, professional and super helpful. Jamie was absolutely instrumental in leading the charge of the crew. They were fast, efficient, thorough and friendly. They handled this situation with such professionalism and really took the stress out of it for me. They were highly responsive and easy to reach at all times. I would highly recommend using Alliance, it was a pleasure working with all of them!

Alliance Restoration saved the day for us. After another disaster restoration company left us high and dry (unfortunately not literally as there was meaningful water damage) and was unresponsive after their initial visit, the Alliance team came out the next day and began work the day after that. They were incredibly responsive, organized, and took care of everything with our insurance company directly saving us time and a great deal of hassle. Thank you Alliance!

Another awesome experience with Alliance Restoration. I was devasted to find that I had a serious mold issue which needed urgent attention. Alliance responded incredibly quick with the quote which was reasonable and were here to start remediation the next day! Unheard of with contractors today. The crew were Walt and Ray and they were tidy, and respectful as well as communicative about my concerns. Both of these guys are top notch professionals that I was completely comfortable having in my home.

I used Alliance Restoration to mitigate a mold and water damage issue I had in my attic and could not be happier with the results. They performed the work in a professional, timely manner and worked with my insurance company to make the process very easy for my wife and I. The end result was better than expected and I would definitely recommend their services for all your home restoration projects.

We had a great experience working with Alliance. Our project manager Mike was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We had water in our basement for the first time after heavy rain, and we were overwhelmed. Mike took care of everything from sending crews to clean up the water and dry out the space, to demo-ing the damaged areas, and even took over communicating with our insurance company. The entire process went very smoothly and we were completely satisfied with our experience.

So, at 12:30 today - on the year's most BEAUTIFUL Saturday, I went downstairs to load up a cooler but instead - discovered LOTS of standing water in our [finished] ground-level basement. Water was everywhere. Our first flood. We naturally called our plumber, Glen Anderson, right away.
Glen had arrived and orchestrated the services of the company who he always uses: the [terrific] Alliance Restoration Company. By 1:45 (give or take a few minutes), OJ and Jerry (from Alliance Restoration) had sucked up the standing water, shifted heavy furniture with us, ripped out really soggy (and heavy) carpeting, and made some cut-outs of the plaster-board. Like, within ONE HOUR!!!
They even helped us figure out our next best steps. These were really terrific guys - who had to drive quickly (through lots of beach traffic) for this 'medium-sized emergency!' What a great team they had on call today! Thanks!

The team at Alliance was very responsive and professional from the assessment to the completion of the work. Crews on site were always courteous and professional.

If your dealing with a disaster and don't know where to begin start with them. They have an extensive partner network for other services we needed outside their scope. The entire recovery process felt like it was on auto pilot after we connected with them. Highly recommend!

Becareful of this place. Do not use them. Coming to the home saying they came here serval time. The two people that was on the project/work case got fired apparently and paying my father off to the little things to be quiet. Please be careful of this place. trying to go through my things and takes a year to sort several years of stuff we've live here. Things were taken and never returned. I do not recommend Alliance restoration. If you want your things stolen. Be my honor.

Disaster, my family had mold in 2 floors of my home, we called them they came within 24 hours and they were amazing. we had the pleasure of dealing with Jerry who handled the mole removal and Rob who handled the reconstruction of our home and Laurie who help with our claim. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. What they started with to what we ended with was amazing. We wish we took before and after pictures. I would highly recommend this company. Alliance Restoration has such amazing demolition and re-build teams! I had a kitchen sink leak and had no idea how to navigate the necessary repairs and coordinate insurance coverage.
I was referred to Alliance through a neighbor who highly recommended them. Alliance's Joey Kenny arrived at my house within an hour of my call. He assesed the damages, provided guidance to me on how to report the water damage to my insurance company, and then he took complete control with the demolition process and the necessary documentation required by my insurance company. His demolition team (Don and Matt) were amazing! They were very responsive, qualified and respectful of me and my property. Once the demolition phase was completed there was a 45 day delay before the re-build team stepped in. I was told that sometimes the insurance company takes that long to evaluate the rebuild estimate. However, once Kevin Torres of Alliance received estimate approvals, he and his team (Mark & Steve) quickly, professionaly and respectfully rebuilt and installed the kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink and floor. I am very happy with the result! Thank you Alliance for giving me back my home in much better shape than it was before the leak!

Rob Mirabella was hired to gut my 1950's bathroom.He did a fantastic job and we could not be more pleased!!!We now have a curbless shower using a shower curtain-- my preference!!It is fresh and beautiful and the paint ,tile and vanity colors are exactly what I wanted!!A very well done job that we will love for many many years to come!!!Everything is working perfectly as it has been over a month since finishing the job!!!

Rob always shows up when he says he is and pays attention to detail on everything he does. He did me and my wife’s kitchen. I’m going to try and attach a photo down below.

I hired mirabella construction to remodel my downstairs bathroom. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Everything that was talked about got done exactly how I wanted it and was done in the agreed upon time. Will definitely be calling them back to replace my kitchen 👍👍👍
