Very nice and respectful man there. It's too bad that the employees at EVERY graybar aren't as nice and helpful.

Today, when seeking to set up Fall maintenance, the person with whom I spoke claimed to have no records of having worked on our equipment, and had a litany of questions for me. The person talked over me, sought to control me, and would not answer my questions about why the company did not have our service records. I will never hire this company again.

Very pleased with the professionalism from the Gem Team. I inquired about a standby generator and had a visit from Adam who quoted me for the job. Mark was referred to us with a great recommendation. We called for an estimate and he arrived the same day. We needed electrical updating done and had a chandelier installed! Very upfront on pricing, punctual and pleasant to work with! He will definitely be our go to guy moving forward!

They responded quickly when an electical issue took out electical service for part of my kitchen. Within a matter of minutes, they found the short, fixed the issue, prevented future issues, and made recommendations.

It's hard to get good electical work done this quickly, professionally performed, and reasonably priced.

They helped with my room renovation on short notice and were very thorough. Apparently the room had been wired incorrectly to pass inspection and no outlet was truly grounded. They made sure the wiring was fixed before we moved into the new room. They also installed an ethernet cable to the new room for hard wired computer, a ceiling fan, a surge protective device on our breaker, and recessed lighting in the room as well. I will be using Lemay going forward with all electrical projects.
