I cannot speak more highly of this company, especially Marco. He answered my call later in the evening while he was out to dinner. He fit me in the next morning and fixed a valve issue that was leaking water, more like flowing not leaking. Very professional and informative! Used these guys to replace my home heating oil tank. I don't have a bulkhead, so the job was anything but easy and they absolutely killed it. Prompt response time, very kind, professional. I'll be using them for everything moving forward
This company was good to work with in the past. They installed a hot water tank for us in January 2021. When the tank malfunctioned in February 2022, and our business was left with no hot water, they claimed they were on vacation but would have another company help us out. 5 days later, calls, voicemail, and emails were ignored and or blocked. We have still not received a response and had to call a reliable company to fix the issue so we could run the business. When businesses are trying to stay afloat during COVID, they are too busy vacationing to help. Very disappointing.
