Absolutely impressed with this company! Ronald was at my house within 24 hours off contacting the company for a quote, extremely competitive pricing and completed the job within 1 week. Removed 4 large trees (3 of which were over 70’ ). Showed up on time and with all the manpower and equipment (4-5 trucks and cranes) needed and completed removal, chipping, cleaning within 8 hours. Very impressive and highly recommend this company!!!

I just had a massive oak tree trimmed by Green View Tree Service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The tree was extremely difficult to access from every angle, but their climber handled it with incredible skill. He climbed the tree safely, trimmed every branch with precision, and maintained a high standard of safety the entire time.
Their pricing was very competitive, the work was excellent, and the professionalism stood out from start to finish. I highly recommend Green View Tree Service for anyone needing tree work done right.

From quote to completion, Ronald and his crew were top notch. Prompt, friendly, respectful, diligent, proven safety methods, timely, tidy, and reasonable. Although we still need to have stumps ground (waiting to remove fence panel for machine to fit), scheduled in 2 days. Highly recommend.

The Green View Tree Team led by Ron were amazing. They removed old overgrown bushes, trees, stumps and trimmed a large tree in over 2 days in about 2 to 3 hrs each day. The team moved quickly and safely while cleaning up the debris afterwards. Ron's quote also was the best by far and honored at the time of service. We have already recommended them to multiple friends and will continue to do so.

Thank goodness my fence fell in the wind and I decided to clear the path before the new fence goes up. I can't thank Ronald and his staff enough!!! 5 stars is not sufficient for their hard work. From the moment I reached out to Angelica to schedule an estimate... to Ronald, Alex and the other guys leaving the job.... they all exceeded my expectations with customer service, efficiency, knowledge and their labor. Ronald came immediately for the estimate and the work was scheduled a short time after. It poured the original scheduled day and was rescheduled to the first clear day because Angelica actually followed the forecast to reschedule. The end product paved a way for an amazing yard and seemles fence replacement. They showed up as scheduled right before 8am didn't leave until the entire job was done after 9pm. There were some complications and all were handled efficientlyand effectively. They were all personable with great attitudes, which was the cherry on top. I can't thank Green View Tree enough!!!! I've already reached out for future work.

First time using this company and they did a great job. Removed 5 trees in about 3 hours. I don’t have much experience with tree removal but I thought that was pretty quick and for a really good price. They were very easy and convenient to work with. I would definitely recommend for any future tree removal projects.

A tree in my backyard was in danger of falling – potentially damaging my fence and those of the neighbors and/or falling directly on my home. I called several companies to provide an estimate. Green View Tree Service provided competitive pricing for all 3 damaged trees and got me on their schedule for the very next morning!
I honestly could not be happier with the service that I received. The crew and scheduler were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done quickly and the area cleaned up so well that you would hardly know they were there. It’s unfortunate because I wanted to use Northeast Tree. Northeast came out and gave me an estimate to have my tree trimmed. They gave me a price and I was satisfied and wanted to move forward. The issue started when I tried to make an appointment. I have literally called every week for the last month, but no one calls back. As a business owner myself I know I can’t afford to blow off a customer, because not everyday is busy and their will be times when I will need every customer. It maybe a good thing that they did not call me back, because if they had called and scheduled an appointment they probably won’t show up.

We had these guys out for an estimate last June.. they were a few hours late for the assessment but we got a good quote and scheduled a day for the work. They didnt show up. Called back and scheduled a second day - they didnt show up again. Spent the next 2 months calling their office (pls note their office team is kind and professional despite this 1 star review) - realistically we spoke 8-10 times about a 3rd scheduling attempt. The office folks acknowledged this was escalated to a supervisor but nothing came of it. We never got a call back - in October we bought a landscape trailer and did the work ourselves. Happy Fathers Day Pop.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! What a great experience from start to finish! We contacted North Eastern Tree Service for a quote, Josh came to our home the next day, & once we gave the go ahead he fit us right into their schedule. Josh, Eric, & the rest of the North Eastern team were here first thing in the morning & did not leave until them job was done!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I got home from work. Not only was the tree 100% removed but they cleaned everything up & left no debris behind. We had asked them to leave us some wood for our fireplace & that they did & in a nice clean pile to boot. North Eastern Tree Service will forever be my go to for any & all of my tree needs & they should be yours too!

I called the vice president Adam multiple multiple times about an estimate I got wanting to know when they were going to be able to start the job he told he that Matt would get back to me and still has not gotten back I have called every week for the last 3 weeks just to be ignored.
The first time they came to my house they actually came pretty quick but I think it was because they were cutting the tree of the guy behind me. I have other work that I would like for them to do but at this point I feel that they really don't care if they do the work or not

If I could give less than one star I would. I used this company because I had a referral. The estimate happened quickly, everything else was poorly executed. I had to follow up for over a month in order to schedule the service.

Day of service - they were late, I had to call more than once to find out what was going on. They ended up coming at the end of the day. The work was done, but they damaged my fence and cracked the siding on my house.

It has now taken over a month to reconcile the cost of the damage to my property and they even resent the invoice listing it as past due; while I await my contact to tell accounts payable to update the price (they offered to fix the damage but I don't want them back at my house).

Take your money elsewhere, it's worth it to pay a higher price for service.

Hired them this summer for my house removing and planting new trees, they gave me a very competitive quote and timeline for the work to be completed. They were very professional and on time with all completed work.

Because of this a had them do work at my mothers house, and even with a different crew they still had the same service.

I had NE Tree remove a large tree from my backyard this summer, and I really regret hiring them. It took multiple calls and missed dates before they actually came to do the work. They broke a window, damaged my fence, damaged my neighbor's fence as well as damaging some shingles on my house. One of my other neighbors had to complain when they were grinding the stump, as they made no effort to shield what they were doing and all the houses around me were being pelted by wood chips; it sounded like my house was being strafed by a machine gun, for hours. I suspect there is additional damage from this that I simply haven't discovered yet. I called to inform them about all this and they were very apologetic, saying all the right things about making it right but never showing up.
During the summer I called them multiple times, and for some reason they kept sending people out to look at the damage over and over, promising it would be taken care of in the next few days. This went on for three months, and had I not been withholding payment I doubt they would have ever taken care of it. They even tried to shift some of the work onto me. Unbelievable.
Then there's the cost. The project started when a large branch fell during a storm, and they actually handled that part pretty well. The charge for that was $2,200. The tree was very old and the rest had to be removed, and for that they charged an additional $3,200, for a grand total of $5,400 for one tree. It was a large tree but easily accessed by removing a single section of fence, no other trees or wires around it.
For reference I had a similar tree, not quite as large and in my front yard but complicated by power lines. I used a different, actually competent company for this, and they charged me $1,100.
Do yourself a favor and avoid NE Tree like the plague.

Scheduled a quote with Scott. He arrived on time, which is rare in my experience, and provided a reasonable estimate. It was not an urgent issue so it took them about a month to do the job, which was absolutely fine with me. They arrived as scheduled. I had some questions about the job and Scott immediately called me back and quickly rectified the situation. Finished product looks great. Great customer service. Will use again.

At the end of the day they did a solid job on my property. The price was great and they did good work on my trees. However, their scheduling department needs a lot of work. It is my impression that they just wait for you to call and remind them to finish the job. As I have read in many reviews, this seems to be their Achilles heel. I had paid in cash on the day the trees came down but they left the job still needing to remove the large trunks and grind the stumps. If I had not kept calling to remind them to finish the job, I don't know if anything would have been completed.

I would probably use them again but would definitely hold back the payment until the job was completed.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. They were fantastic! Matt came over gave me a great price, was so professional and charming! The day the two men came over to cut down the tree and some limbs on other trees I was so impressed by the great relationship Matt had with them. It was obvious they really liked and respected him. The two men who cut down the trees and limbs could not have been nicer and so professional. These men never stopped! Even my neighbors even remarked at how hard they worked! The next day they came back and took the tree trunks etc and left my yard immaculate! I would just like to tell you that I have dealt with other tree service companies and NONE can compare too NE Tree Service! I will definitely use them again and I think you should too!

The crew was fantastic, they listen to what your needs were. They were 100% professional.
I showed them some damage that happen to my rock beds around my pool area. The lead guy Said 100% our fault and we will fix it. And they did !! So pleased.
