They are great. Very responsive. They follow what you want for location of snow plow and reasonable in pricing.

It's a pleasure to work with Jose. He and his crew show up when expected, work hard and do a great job. He is easy to reach and calls when there is a question. All around, A+. Wish I had found him sooner.

What started out good, quickly deteriorated. We were unceremoniously and VERY unprofessionally dumped a little over a month into the season as customers(thankfully I had a trusted back-up) after asking too many questions about mulch. I was told questions were welcome anytime/day, but I guess that was a lie. This guy didn't even have the decency to pick up the phone and dump us, he did it by text, and then ignored all my pleas. I tried to call him two days later to try and smooth things over, and again, he wouldn't pick up the phone, but texted me ten minutes later...coward.....Also the few things he did for me, he seemed to need validation, like a needy teenager. Then he has the chutzpah to send me a bill, which included things I saw no proof of him doing...Buyer beware with this Company

What I love the most about JR Landscaping is that the owner is professional and courteous, unlike many small business owners who don’t have the decency to respond to messages/return phone calls, show up for appointments, or communicate in a respectful manner. This company provides snow plowing for their regular customers, which is very important to us. One of the companies we previously hired only provided residential snow plowing services to their “big” clients, which seems bias and unfair.

Would highly recommend JR Landscaping!! They came out to rip out our old pavers and replace with sod and we are so happy with the results - not to mention they cleaned up our entire front yard that was so overgrown and went above and beyond.
