We are a production company that produces Reality TV shows which require extensive home modifications to install our cameras, microphones, and wiring. When we are finished filming there can be a lot of repairs needed in the walls and ceilings! We used Handyman Pro Professionals to help with the repairs at a couple of our filming locations. Ben has been outstanding! He works continuously, and is worth the call. We plan on calling him again when it is time to fix up the next spot!

My husband and I hired Benny to install a dishwasher from scratch and a new kitchen sink. Ben did an amazing job with the new construction of our deck. Our deck was close to 20 years old and was in need of repairs. Initially we were going to paint it and replace some boards but after consulting with Ben we decided to strip the deck down to the studs and have trex & vinyl railings installed. The price was super reasonable and the finished product is fabulous. Thanks Ben!

Had a great experience working with Ben. I needed soffits installed to cover up a vent exhaust in my kitchen. Ben was responsive throughout the whole project and listened carefully to all asks/ concerns. He was also very flexible with some other projects I had going on in the house which made it easy to fit everything in timely.

Ben is very diligent and did a great job at navigating unforeseen challenges that inevitably arose. We felt like we could share our concerns and Ben would address them right away. He truly cared about our happiness with the outcome and took care to correct anything we brought to his attention.

That being said, we do feel like there were some small details that may have been overlooked or not addressed if we hadn’t stepped in and brought to his attention. But, overall, it was very apparent that Ben wanted to get the small details right, which we really appreciated.

The project wound up taking longer than we were initially told. We were quoted 2 weeks, but the project took a little over a month to complete. This was due to challenges in coordinating our schedules and the unforeseen work that popped up along the way. We feel like during the initial consultation some small details may have been missed/miscommunicated, which contributed to the project taking longer (such as scheduling an electrician separately, some tricky measurements regarding how our new doors/walls would fit in the layout, and re-finishing the ceiling after the original door was removed.)

Overall, we would be very happy to work with Ben again. He was very reasonably priced, very patient with us, and was committed to doing great work!

After years of hinting (and maybe a little complaining), my husband finally gave me the green light to renovate our kitchen. Once I had the go-ahead, I did my research and quickly narrowed my choice to Handyman Pro Professionals—and I’m so glad I did.

The flooring came out beautifully, and the transformation was incredible. My husband was impressed, my kids kept saying how “brand new” the house looked, and even my mother-in-law—who notices everything—commented on how clean and professional Ben was throughout the entire project. We never had to say a word. She and Ben are now good friends!

***Additional note: I also want to give five stars for the parlor work. There are no baseboards installed yet in the photo, but even without them, the craftsmanship is dead on. This can be clearly seen in the last two pictures.
