I had a depression in my backyard that would flood in heavy rain. I contacted NRI Landscaping and got a free estimate. They brought in soil, leveled the lot, planted grass seed, and put in a tree. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars!

The owner, since he started as a brand new business has always gone the extra mile to provide superior service. From simple lawn care to more expert services always a great job for a great price! Snow removal; even when I moved to the edge of his service area, the owner personally came to help plow me out when I had a family emergency (birth of new baby boy!) even though it was a blizzard and he was already booked, can't say enough good things!!!

I needed a two acre spring cleanup in a pinch. NRI came out and cleaned up an unquantifiable amount of leaves and branches for a very reasonable price.

I needed someone who was quick and professional to install a basketball hoop for my son and these came in timely fashion and got it done for me. Very good customer service skills and excellent service. Thank you

He was hired for a project at my home. He was very accommodating and patient. We had a few issues with the vendor and delivery. He was so helpful and even went above and beyond to help me fix the issue. He was able to do his part of the project and did a wonderful job. Can't wait to hire him for more projects in our home.

Ben is easy to work with and he does an amazing job. He built a deck off of a current deck and it transitioned seamlessly. I have already gotten a ton of compliments on it. I will use him again for future projects.

I hired Bin to repair my kitchen , he was struggling to do the job I had to stand close to him to tell him what to do.
He uses my dinning room chair to stand, he asked me to provide him Kleenex to blow his nose he asked me to help him, hold stuff for him when cutting stuff ,he replaced the sink he doesn't do it well I realize there's a lick I called him to fix it for me ,he told me that he's taking care of his personal things he doesn't have time to take care about customers lick.

I called Ben about a clogged downspout and he was at my home within two hours to fix it. The downspout was about 30’ high and Ben handled this job easily. He was prompt, courteous, and did good work. Can’t ask for much more!

Ben was referred to me by my sis after doing some home repairs for her. It took me a couple of months to hire him because I had bad experiences with handyman in the past. But after seeing his work and hearing how professional he was with my sis, I decided to give it a try. So I hired him to fix fixtures in my bathroom, repair broken tiles in the kitchen/bathroom, and to paint two of my bedrooms; he even repaired the walls for me before painting them. He arrived on time and left the house spotless. I would definitely call him again when I need repairs done.

Ben is fantastic and can handle anything you throw at him! I used him on a 6 unit building for all types of issues. He was there when in needed him and was courteous to all my tenants no matter the situation at hand. I will be using Ben again for my projects and would highly recommend Handyman Pro for yours as well.

Ben was very professional. He was very prompt to respond to my call for a wall repair issue. He repaired the issue, painted the wall and cleaned up the area thoroughly. I will hire him again the next time I have a project I can't handle.

Ben completed a relatively small - but challenging - project efficiently and creatively. He was very professional and clearly took pride in doing excellent work. He listened carefully to my concerns, answered my questions, and was happy to accommodate any request. It was a pleasure to meet him and have him work on our house.

We hired Ben to complete a few details on our bathroom.
1) Caulk the seams around bathtub. The correct caulking was provided, but he didn't have his own caulking gun so used ours. He just used the existing silicone that was in still in the gun instead of swapping out the tubes. Luckily he missed portions that we asked to do. He did fix this when he came back to collect payment.
2) Hang various towel rods, and mirror (making sure they were centered on wall. Many of the items were clearly not centered, was which really the 1 request we wanted. (Mirror was off by .5", towel ring was off by 1", and 2 towel rods, 1 rod was centered, the other was off by 2.5"). He couldn't figure out how to put up the tissue paper holder. (I later found the instructions that he threw away, and installed it myself).
3)Paint door and some trim. He didn't have his own brushes, so he had to use ours (which I later found hard as a rock, as they were not cleaned properly). The actual paint work was fine, but he left a trail of paint out the bathroom through the kitchen toward the outside door. I found this nicely dried up and spent about an hour scrubbing it clean.

Dust and debris was left everywhere, would expect that the work space would be left at least as clean as it was when he arrived.

Update: After seeing Ben responding to our review, it speaks louder that any review ever could. Instead of trying to own up to his mistakes, and taking feedback as a learning experience, he would rather try to slander the very people who paid him. Needless to say, BUYER BEWARE.

Ben recently fixed and installed some stockade fencing for me. He came out gave me a fair price and showed up on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He actually did more as he moved some debris neatly away from the area and it came out great. I would use him again for anything I need done. Hard to find honest and prompt handymen these days but Ben lives up to that very image.
