Aug 2024 Ben replaced my outside cellar door. Another great job. I highly recommend him.

Contacted Ben for a quick repair for my business and it was pleasure working with him. Ben communicated every step and was professional throughout the entire time. There was a part that Ben could not find in the time he was doing the repair and did not want to leave the job partially finished. He called me at the end of the day to notify me he found a part that would work and arrived first thing the next business day which speaks to his character. Ben has my recommendation.

we've had a nnumber of projects done by Ben from Handyman Pro Prosessionals and have been quite pleased with the results. Some projects were small but time consuming and others were large and complicated but all were done professionally, promptly and within budget. Ben has been extremely friendly and curtious and has tken the time and patience to explain what, how and why things were going to be done as well as answered all of our questions. My wife and I couldn't be happier and will continue to ask him to handle our projects as they come up.

Ben did a super job scraping, sanding and painting my house along with some minor repairs to some wood rot. I would like to say Ben did a great Job. He did over my deck by adding an addition, 4ft x 10ft smaller deck that now extend the platform. I have much needed space now to actually put a grill on the deck instead of traveling up and down the stairs with the food. I have more things to do and finally I have someone to do it. Yes, he is a good guy, for that reason, I will be waiting for his lawn service to start, and will have him back in the fall to do my yard work and fall clean up.

When we first met Ben for an estimate, we explained we had a short timeframe and weren't sure if everything could get done. Ben said no problem and worked hard to have everything completed quickly. He also did beautiful tiling work that is complimented by everyone who sees it. We are grateful for his knowledge and assistance.

I help manage a number of properties. One, three story, six unit, tenant building, and one, three story, three family; both in Woonsocket. I enlisted Ben, “Handyman Pro Professionals” to do some plumbing work in 2001, and he has helped manage and maintain these buildings ever since. His knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, drywall, etc, mostly anything is really, really, good. I have only good things to say about him, and he is proven to be a great asset and friend, who's service has helped me in so many ways. My tenants like him, and call him directly now.

I was looking for a handyman for various projects I needed completed. I found Ben to be very knowledgeable in many home improvement projects. He just completed a plumbing project for us, and I found him to be both professional as well as knowledgeable. I have now scheduled him for a future project and intend on working with him in the future.

We are happy with service provided by Ben. A month ago, Ben renovated our Bathroom and it turn out very good as per our expectations. He gave us reasonable quote and did very good job. He is very well spoken and answered all our queries.

Ben was actually the only company owner to answer his phone after WEEKS of trying to reach a handyman! He was out of town, so he told me to text him our contact info and the services we needed. He called me back the following day to schedule an appointment and the job was completed within a few days from the time we spoke on the phone!
