I’m 8 months pregnant and this company saved my husband and I so much time with the assembly of 4 pieces of furniture. Very professional sales and customer service team. Streamlined communication. No surprises. I will definitely be utilizing them again for my home and business(es)!

Used LoadUp via my purchase of a new mattress from Helix. Was super easy to schedule but then a couple hours before my scheduled service I was told they could not find anyone available for my requested window (12-4pm). They offered either rescheduling or expanding my window to 8pm. Seeing as it was Sunday and we had already disassembled and moved the old bedframe and mattress we couldn't really reschedule... So I opted for the extended window. Communication wasn't great as my wife had to call multiple times, first with an estimate of our team arriving between 5-6, which would have been fine, but then 5:30 came and we hadn't heard back so after yet another call they now said 7-7:30 and our team did finally arrive about 7:15 and it took them about an hour. They were friendly and did a good job so nothing against them, just a bit annoyed about scheduling our day around a certain window and then having to wait until 8:30 on a Sunday night to be done.

Very pleased with the team that helped my mom get settled into her new chair. Courteous and able to take away the old chair and dispose of the packing boxes.

I don’t live in Utah and needed a reliable company to help me dispose of a mattress for my mom. Load Up was great. I booked online, quick an easy. Alex the mover, was great. He was friendly, quick, and professional. I would use them again if needed.

I had a three man crew show up to remove 2 very heavy executive desk and hutches. They took extra care of property while removing and I was very happy. I highly recommend

Nancy and her team arrived on time and was extremely patient and professional. The instructions were not the best but she painstakingly kept trying to figure it out until she did! Couldn’t have done it without her! Great job!

Website was very intuitive and easy to navigate. I literally did nothing except complete the app and my stuff disappeared from the driveway.

Quick and easy scheduling/rescheduling. The two guys who handled moving the furniture were courteous and friendly. They had three large pieces of bedroom furniture out of our multilevel home in under fifteen minutes. Definitely recommend!

The team at LoadUp went out of their way to make sure the details of my order were correct. There was some initial confusion as I had listed the number of a delegate who would be on site on the day of pick-up, and had difficulty finding the original order under my own name, but the team went through all the emails and got back in touch within 2 hours and straightened everything out. Pick up was smooth and uneventful. Great service.

Great team picked up and hauled away my old matress. They were experienced, very friendly and polite, and were "in and out" in about 15 minutes! Exellent service!

Absolutely worth it! The job turned out to be a bit more complex than anticipated, but Ben handled everything with professionalism and flexibility. He was accommodating throughout the process, and the quality of his work was excellent. He removed all the items I needed gone before my move, which made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful. Highly recommend!

It was fast and easy in terms of scheduling and the truck arrived within the designated window. They communicated the exact time as it got closer. The delivery guys did a good job. Overall I was very happy with the service.

Communication is terrible. They are not transparent. They are cheap but with the lack of professionalism and communication. I rather give my money to a small business. It’s hard to be honest in today’s world I suppose. Don’t waste your time with this company.

WARNING! Load up is not what they present themselves to be!! Load Up is NOT the actual removal company but a “Door Dash” type company, where Load Up put up open jobs and anyone can take them. This was never communicated to me. If I had knew this I would have not used Load up. Second, two guys show up in a Party Rental truck (see photo) and then tell me they can’t take most of the furniture I had arranged for them to take. In fact one of my neighbors called me nervous there was a party rental truck in my driveway! After they arrived, I had to get on the phone with their “boss” whom I had to argue with about the furniture. I had to put contact Load Up to straighten things out. These guys who showed up were NOT professional removal individuals and had only rudimentary skills. They scared the shit out of me, so much so that I had to supervise them constantly. At one point one of them started dragging part of a dresser down my hard wood stairs. Thankfully the stairs were ok after. More, I found out that one of the gentleman was 68(!!) years old. He was constantly stating that his back hurt and I thought he was going to heart attack. The two of them were arguing the whole time and the removal took over 2 hours!! The experience was terrible. I STRONGLY suggest you DO NOT use Load Up and find a better more professional furniture removal company!
