It was perfect. Easy to book on line. Follow up text and phone call the morning of the pickup. Tara the person who picked up was amazing. She texted to let me know she would be at my house in 30 minutes. Great care in loading my used childhood furniture and taking it to a new home.

Yessica was wonderful. He was a pleasure to meet and hardworking. I felt terrible that I didn't have any water to offer him when the job was complete. :( Next time!

Highly recommend.

I was promised a crew of people to come move a very heavy piece of furniture. One person showed up with his wife to move it 4 hours late. The worker was wonderful, but I do not know how you all can run a business like this.

LoadUp was super easy to use and they came the same day to pickup my old mattress!
The guys were very communicative and got my mattes out of the house very easily!

They arrived within the designated time. The men were cheerful and friendly. They had my cabinet moved out within 10 minutes.

Load Up was awesome. I called w a heavy multiple rolls of wall to wall carpet and was so easy to schedule. Two days later the truck w 2 nice guys took it away. I hadn’t been able to find anyone willing until this company. Affordable price too! Thank you!

Great service! Was communicated day of on a more precise window of time for arrival and communicated regularly - meaning I wasn't waiting around not knowing when they were coming. They arrived and were super fast. Highly recommend.

Curt came to my home to remove my old bed and frame and set up my new mattress and foundation. He was on time, polite, careful with my home and took all the boxes and packing material. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him and the company. The service was paid for through the mattress company.

There was excellent communication from the company and the driver, texting me with arrival updates, and they came within the scheduled window The person who picked up my mattress was friendly, courteous, and professional.

Setting appointment was easy and there was some confusion with the pick up date and updating the info, but the crew that came to the house was really nice and did a great job removing the appliance from the house.

Received confirmation for my 8–12 appointment at 9am. They ended showing up @ 11:30am which was nice and the overall experience was good.

The booking and quote online was super simple and easy. The pickup was smooth and effortless and the loaders were friendly and very capable. They even took off their shoes at the front door so not to track in snow. I recommend highly.

Great price. Not on time but the two dudes who arrived are great tho! Very friendly, professional and speedy. We will use them again in the future.

Initial setup of appointment was easy over the phone. Customer service person was also kind. However, they arrived an hour late and went to the wrong address, which was a bit frustrating. I did get rid of the old paint cans, though.

Cannot recommend using any other mattress/junk remover enough. GotJunk charges 1/3rd of the price for a mattress removal and does a much better job.

Tried to cancel my mattress pickup scheduled a week in advance with Loadup 15 minutes after booking and they charge a 20% ‘cancellation fee’. Do not use them.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They sent one man to out together a king size bed frame and two twin adjustable bed frames that weigh 120 lbs each. Poor guy was here 5 hours. Today they sent TWO men to pick up ONE mattress and gave them an hour time frame to do it! Hey asked for pictures of my bed frame and a video of how to put it together. They come totally unprepared!! Spend extra if uuu have to but stay away from these people
