My couch and counter stools look absolutely brand new again which I didn’t think was possible. He used 0 products with any harsh chemical smells, which I really appreciated. Absolutely the BEST carpet and mattress cleaning service I’ve ever used. I have a toddler, so I had stains on my bed and carpets that I honestly thought were permanent. He removed EVERYTHING — food stains, juice spills, mystery marks, and even the deep toddler accidents on the mattress.
The results were unbelievable. My bed looks brand new, the carpets look freshly installed, and the whole room smells clean and sanitized. As a parent, having a safe, clean space for my child is everything — and he delivered that with true professionalism.
He arrived on time, explained the whole deep-cleaning process, used child-safe products, and worked with so much care. The steam cleaning, odor removal, and stain treatment were 10/10.

Imperial Cleaning was awesome! They did a fabulous job cleaning our three couches, and they all look pristine and amazing now! Tony showed us all the places that had really needed cleaning (though it hadn't been clear to the naked eye). They were polite and efficient. What an amazing experience this was! Cris and Gabi were incredible from the moment I started communicating with them about doing a deep cleaning for my Newport summer home. They arrived exactly when I needed them to be there and communicated with me on the progress of the job so i was at ease the entire time. The before and after pictures are amazing! They were thorough and went above and beyond what i asked. I will definitely be using them as my cleaners moving forward!
