David was exceptional in response with receiving quote and thorough walk-thru. Janeth was courteous and great with the cleaning (while everyone was home) Fair prices and great communication with cleaning appointment, crew arrival, and departure. Would highly recommend!

I've just begun using So Clean's services, and as a new customer I'm quite happy so far. My apartment hasn't been this clean in years. They approach the work very professionally and do a thorough job.

One thing I love is that So Clean uses a combination of communication methods to track all their work for you. The scope of work for each cleaning (what it entails and what all the charges will be) is all spelled out in advance very clearly in an email. I also receive a text when the cleaners are on their way, as well as when they have finished.

The fact that I can pay online is another plus. I can even tip for excellent service via the internet. This is a major convenience, especially when I cannot be present for the cleaning appointment.

David, the CEO, gives his personal attention to the work and is also readily available if any problem does arise. When I noticed after one cleaning that the trash hadn't been taken out, he personally came to take care of it without delay. That's what I call accountability! I was thoroughly impressed.

My family uses their bi-weekly services and we love them. They always do a wonderful job, the staff are so friendly with our kiddos and patient, and it's always a pleasure having them here with polit3 conversation and the wonderful work they do. The office is always responsive and proactive. 5 stars for the employees alone, but the work they do is 5 star as well.

Deep clean was very thorough. Our house looks better than when we moved in 5 years ago! The staff was caring and professional. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a deep clean or other cleaning services.

The owner of So Clean Cleaning Company organized his housekeeping staff and they were timely showing up for their biweekly job. We were texted before they began the job and when they finished. They did a deep clean then a thorough cleaning job of the condominium consisting of two buildings. They’ve been doing the job so far for 4 months and we see a vast improvement in the overall cleanliness of our buildings. We recommend this company. They are professional and are quick in responding to any concerns. The housekeepers are hard workers.

Catalina does an amazing job on my monthly house cleaning. Everything looks great and smells fresh when she leaves. I receive a text when she is on her way to my home and another text when she leaves. Communication is well streamlined and I love coming home to a So Clean home.

Have been very resistant to have a stranger enter my house and worse off, do a job I could do. I got to the point I could not keep up cleaning my home. We recently added So Clean as our cleaning provider. The communication is amazing. I am notified when the cleaners are on their way, when they arrive and when they finish. Any additional services are easy to add on to our regular cleaning service. They also have an option for non chemical cleaners which is something that we were looking for specifically.

This was the first time I had a service like this done and I will be doing it again. David was very nice and very thorough. Rose and Mildred cleaned my house and they did a fantastic job! My older home was never so clean! We have tried other cleaning services before, but the team from So Clean did the best job! They had excellent attention to detail, and scrubbed my entire house. Amazing!

The women who cleaned my apartment were wonderful, thorough and did a great job with the time they had. Even the Owner was a very nice & professional man. However, you better have A LOT of money to complete a job. The cleaners are on a clock when they arrive, whether they finish or not, and to have them stay longer costs even more money. Unfortunately, $400 was my maximum, so the job was not fully completed.
Very expensive, but if you have a lot to spend, they do very good work.

So Cleaning Services did a fabulous job cleaning my apartment. They were incredibly responsive and even sent me an email with pictures of my home after it was cleaned because I wasn't there to check it myself. It is worth the price and I strongly appreciate how professional they are. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

My experience with So Clean has been stellar. David came to give us an estimate for our first deep clean, and since has been cleaning our home biweekly. It's such a pleasure coming home to mopped floors and dust-free surfaces! I am very satisfied, and will continue to patronize his business.

They start you off with a deep clean and I cannot believe how great of a job David did at our home. He showed me the amount of dust that was never touched on the window sills and bottom trims of the walls. It was great coming home to a clean home. Will be using their service again! Def recommend!

My family and I just moved to Barrington, and we hired So Clean to do a move in clean for us. We were a little concerned at first because the price was high, but it was 100% worth it. Every nook and cranny of our house was spotless when we arrived - they even cleaned all the dust and debris out of the basement! I was amazed at the quality of their work.

Since then, we have hired them to do bi-weekly cleanings. For that, the price is very reasonable, and the work is still very high quality.
