Wendy and her team were fantastic. The house looks amazing, they even did some jobs that went above and beyond - like cleaning our front door. They were friendly with pets. I’ll absolutely use them again.

Latin, Halie and Lexi did a wonderful job! I have never seen our house so clean. The bathroom and kitchen looked absolutely amazing. They worked so hard the whole time they were there. They also cleaned the little things I didn’t expect. For example, the coffee pot was cleaned on the bottom. I will definitely be hiring the again soon! Thank you ladies

Wendy and team (Jeslyn?) always do an exceptional job. I have no idea how they make my floors and counters LITERALLY sparkle, but they do! They always clean things I always forget to like lite switch panels and the copious woodwork in our home. They even clean out our coffee maker and wipe down picture frames on our bookcase. I sincerely appreciate the wonderful work they do each month in helping us keep a beautifully clean home. THANK YOU!

I am writing to share our experience with Life Maid Simple - East Providence, a reputable House & Commercial Cleaning Service. As representatives of Lights & Sirens International, we recently engaged their services and were exceptionally pleased with the results.

From the initial contact to the completion of the cleaning service, our interactions with Life Maid Simple - East Providence were nothing short of professional, efficient, and accommodating. Their team demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail, ensuring that our spaces were transformed into pristine and inviting environments.

The cleaning staff exhibited a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional service. Not only were they punctual and respectful of our premises, but they also went above and beyond to address our specific cleaning requirements with proficiency and care.

I generally don't write reviews but I'm pretty upset with the experience I had with Life Maid Simple. I booked a deep cleaning for a new place we had just moved into. The place had sat empty for a few months before we moved in so it was in rough shape. I signed up for a thorough deep cleaning and paid accordingly. I made sure to check that I wanted cabinets deep cleaned inside and out. Communication seemed good and the cleaners seemed professional.

However, after they left, I opened the cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms to find that they hadn't been touched at all. The outsides were sticky and the insides were as dirty as the day we first walked in. When I turned on the living room ceiling fan, dust flew off everywhere. Worst of all, after I walked around the house in socks for a little while, the bottoms of my feet turned completely black. I'm not sure if the cleaners just splashed water on the floors or what, but they were definitely not cleaned. Additionally, there were lots of places on the floors where something had been dropped a while back and never cleaned, leaving very visible sticky black spots. None of these were cleaned up. I just now got around to taking a scrubbing sponge to them and had them all up within a matter of minutes, so it's not like this was an impossible task.

I emailed my complaints to the company right after the cleaning, complete with pictures of all the things I paid for that were left undone, and they took a measly $40 off my bill without any communication or apology. Frankly I'm angry that I'm still cleaning the mess that I paid to have cleaned weeks ago. I hired a service because I'm overwhelmed with other tasks that require my attention, but now I'm $400 poorer and still have all these cleaning tasks that I paid for left to do.

I recently hired Life Maid Simple cleaning service, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their promptness, professionalism, and thoroughness exceeded my expectations. Not only did they leave my house sparkling clean, but their courteousness and friendliness made the whole experience enjoyable. I'm amazed at how good my house looks after their service. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning assistance!

I had this company clean my house twice. The first time was good, the second time the amount of cleaning was way much less. I excluded one bedroom because my husband was sick and didn't want to be disturbed. The other bedroom only needed vacuuming. The girls were done in less than an hour, but I was charged $181. After communicating with their coordinator and explaining that this is way too much money for 1 hour, I didn't receive any reply. I thought a partial refund would be good. Apparently not... Beware!

When I came home from the hospital my home smelled amazing and the whole house was clean no dust shiny floors they did an amazing job very happy

Figured out the woman that work for this company that I paid for bi weekly to come clean my house have been throwing my children's coloring books, and toys, their belongings away! This has been happening for months, Finally I ripped open the garbage bags they accumulated right after they left. Not only this but they have been taking the paint off my walls with their magic erasers, are we serious? Also the long grey haired curly woman telling the girls that follow her "we just dusted 2 weeks ago don't bother" EXCUSE ME? I pay for a full service and that's how you dictate what I PAID FOR? Not anymore from me thats for sure.

Absolute worst cleaning company ever used. Terrible job on a “deep clean.” Slightly cheaper than competitors for a reason - you’ll be cleaning the place yourself when they’re done. Ripoff.
