Addendum:
I was initially happy with the first few cleanings, but over time the quality became very inconsistent depending on who shows up. Sometimes the team is in and out within an hour, and there is simply no way, even with multiple people, that they are following the detailed checklist the company advertises online.

Cheryl did a great job, but others clearly cut corners. For example, they didn’t even vacuum the entire house, and we could hear when they skipped over areas. The bathrooms were rushed as well—I had to go back and clean the toilets more thoroughly myself. Having cleaned before, I recognize the shortcuts, and unfortunately they’re being used here.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I’m very disappointed. The service I received was not even close to what is promised, and I’m honestly surprised at all the glowing reviews.

Cleaners were super nice and went above and beyond! Heather, the supervisor conducted a quality assurance walk through at the end of the cleaning as well. Made our house look cleaner than ever, we booked for a move out clean. Great results!

Used Life Maid Simple for a one-time deep clean of one of my vacant rental units and they barely cleaned the bathrooms. The toilet was still dirty, cabinets had dirt in them. Top of my refrigerator was filthy. There was literally no furniture but for a few fixtures and cabinets and they barely touched the place. Spent $400 so I could come back here to scrub for 3 hours myself. They consider this a “deep clean”? I’m not even picky about this stuff. Absolutely terrible job.

I hired East Side Cleaning to deep clean my apartment when I moved out of my apartment. My only regret was not hiring them when I first moved in as well! I have never seen a cleaner apartment - my carpet was expertly steam cleaned, walls and shelves fully wiped down, and the appliances cleaned to the point I would be confident eating off of them. I got my full deposit back with no issues, thanks in large part to the hard work of East Side Cleaning!
