    As part of our basement remodel we had KME Electric do all of the electrical work, which included lighting, outlets, switches, electric baseboard heater, bathroom fan/vanity light, ethernet and coax cables/jacks, wiring for a mini split heat/AC unit, moving furnace emergency shutoff switch, and upgrading to 200 amp service. Keith and his guys were very professional, thorough, neat and efficient. They explained everything, answered any questions I had, and made sure we were all on the same page with all of the work being performed. All of the cables and circuit breakers were labeled, which is very helpful. We got connected with KME Electric through the general contractor for the project, and we were very thankful because not only was the basement work top notch, but now we have found our go-to electrician for all future electric work. I highly recommend KME Electric!

    Very unfortunate that I have to write this because KME can be decent work besides the mess he leaves behind, the entire common areas being wired to one unit and refusing to come back to fix, or the 32 feet of 15amp heaters all being put on one 20amp circuit and disconnecting heaters to fix when breakers trip. Separately, working with Keith was absolutely horrible. SO much so that my contractor who subbed him also nixed any future work with him. He shows up late (and sometimes not at all) which you can see consistently in the reviews below, and when something isnt done like it was supposed to be, it’s impossible to get him out. I have had 4 conversations with him in the last two weeks (all arrangements canceled thus far) to come out and wire common areas to the house panel INSTEAD of my personal unit panel. Seemingly easy enough, and should have been done initially, but would rather risk his reputation than do the right thing! I am dying to see what kind of passive/aggressive response I get to this review (based on what I have seen) because I have been extremely patient, extremely respectful, and have tried to be understanding (as a small business owner myself.)

    Keith and KME are responsive , a very good price and great to work with. Came out on a Saturday and completed quickly but we're very clean and their work is very detailed. I would recommend to anyone. And will continue to use them.

    I have recently been fortunate enough to have had Keith and his team of professionals working in my home. What a great experience! These guys work like a team, they are CLEAN, POLITE, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, COMMUNICATIVE & do TOP NOTCH work! They worked independently without supervision and I have never felt safer about having a contractor working in my home. The finished product was much better than I would have ever expected - ZERO negative impact on my home, both physically and visually. The house was cleaner when they left and the safety and comfort of everyone in the home is their first priority. I highly recommend KME - absolute perfectionist!
