Constraction reviews in Johnston, Rhode Island

Ralph and Steven handled a very large and complicated job that entailed both emergency work and significant renovation/remodeling. They treated me and my property as if it were their own project, inspecting and making sure everything was up to their standards as well as mine. Sometimes they were more persnickety than I was. They dealt with a variety of complications and worked hard to minimize my costs and stay on schedule. Their handling of the paperwork and insurance contact was far better than I could have hoped and they worked diligently to get me every penny I had coming. I could not recommend them more highly.

Ralph and the whole Future Contracting did an incredible job re-refinishing my basement after flood damage (Ralph's team also did the flood clean up and remediation, which was thorough and very fast so we did not have any mold issues). Their expertise, attention to detail, and attentiveness (Ralph and Benny were on site to supervise the crew every day) has transformed our basement into a beautiful and comfortable space, and on time too! I very highly recommend Future Contracting and will certainly be engaging them on future remodeling projects.

Carlos gets and team get the job done just the way you want it every single time!!! Punctual and very good with explaining his process and finishing his project at schedule time.

Carlos and his team at Mendez Contractors were a pleasure to work with. They were very punctual, clean and responsive. They listened to what I wanted in my kitchen remodel and I felt I could trust them. I would work with them again.

I am sooo happy with the work Carlos and his team did on our door!!! I will definitely be using his company for more projects!!! If you need someone trustworthy and reliable please use this company! He was punctual, patient and very attentive to our needs and all at a great price. Gracias Carlos!!

Carlos is very personable and very professional. Immediately had confidence that the job would be done right. The quality of work was very professionally done and even went above and beyond the scope of work if he sees something that can be easily fixed. He explains everything that needs to be done right. Once he gives a day and time he is right there. He is very reasonably priced for the scope of work to be done. Having him back to do future projects that we had discussed while he was here. He is my go to contractor.

We hired Mendez Contractor for a project in our home this summer. We are very pleased with the results, Carlos and his team were professional, clean and always on time. Carlos explained daily what he was going to do that day for the project so we would always know what was going on in our home. Undertaking a large renovation is scary and this was the first time we hired a contractor for such as I do most of my projects myself but this one was to large for me to do. We are very happy with the results and even more happy with Carlos’s professionalism which made us feel at ease during the renovation. We recommend Mendez Contractor and we will Definitely use him in the future.

Mendes General Contractors did a full bathroom remodel in our basement, including plumbing, electrical work, ceramic flooring, and all bathroom hardware installation. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, always prompt, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed clarification. We had zero concerns throughout the process. They made everything easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them for any general contracting work. Truly a great experience!

I can add pics of my deck later when it is not dark out, but I had a moment and I have been wanting to share that I had a great experience with David and the crew.

They worked diligently, were super nice, and did an amazing job with a highly imperfect deck foundation and made it look great and much safer than the slippery wood that kept cracking. So, basically, they replaced my old large old wooden deck with a beautiful vinyl deck. It is gorgeous, and everybody who visits comments on it - and I feel like it will stand the test of time (unlike our old wooden deck that, no matter how many times you replace the wooden planks, looks like crap within a year).

Thank you Dave and the crew! You guys rock!! (lol - I guess that is where you get your name?). Sara
