I booked Pristine to tend to my grandfather’s lawn as he is no longer able to do so himself. Bobby and his team do not disappoint! Bobby has been great to communicate with regarding services and my grandfather has not stopped raving about his lawn. I could not recommend anybody better! If you are looking to have any work done in your yard pristine is the way to go! We just bought a house in March and unfortunately when we bought it due to snow being on the ground (and in the photos on the listing) we had no idea what a mess it really was. Bobby and Cj did an excellent job planning and coordinating to make my vision come to life. They turned a hideous and unusable disaster into something stunning that we actually are looking forward to using this summer! They did the project in a timely manner and the team perfected everything they did and made sure it was done neatly and correctly. Pristine Lawn Care has been servicing the Glocester Little League baseball complex for 4 years now. They always have the fields looking great. They are reliable and professional, with good communication and good pricing. They are a valued partner of the league and we would definitely recommend them for your residential or commercial landscaping.

The Pristine Team is fantastic. We have had them work on two projects in our yard. Last year they turned our dust field back yard into beautiful grass and this year they came back and installed an awesome fire pit.

Just like most of these negative reviews (wish I would have read them instead of just looking at the overall score).
-Unreliable. Bobby was inconsistently available, would make false promises on returning phone calls, and all around not someone that should be taking phone calls from clients if he is a co-owner with these traits.
-Overpriced and Underdeliver. When I actually. Shopped around I found much better pricing for similar promised work. Secondly, Bobby would over promise what could be accomplished. I spent $6000 on a yard renovation and ended the year with a yard full of weeds.
-Customers are like cattle. Frustrated with Bobby not calling me back after consistently texting me he would, I gave up last fall. This spring he hit me up like it was nothing new, trying to drum up business and obviously leaving no notes for himself on where he last left our conversation.
-Unorganized. Bobby should not be in business or needs take a couple classes on organization. I watched a video of him talking about his day. He talked about meditation but what he really needs is a planner or a secretary.

Sure Bobby said he’d try and make it right but who wants to deal with the headache of someone that can’t even call you back. Not me, I’d much rather get someone new in that I can trust like MP Irrigation. When I had questions or concerns, Mike from MP Irrigation would respond in 24 hours.

Hands down my favorite landscapers. Bobby and his team maintain my yard so it looks pristine all season long. CJ is also amazing going above and beyond helping to bring your image to life with his hard scape design. Already planning the next project!

Delighted Property Manager here of a senior housing community. We contacted Pristine through their website to have a fire pit patio in our back yard and they were extremely prompt with calling us back (the same day) and set up a time to come look at the job shortly after. They offered us tons of ideas and color combinations too. We showed them a few photos of what we wanted and they offered up suggestions as well. They were prompt in starting the job too and finished it in a timely manner. Their communication is very solid, they are extremely organized and all very knowledgeable! We loved their work so much we added another job on in the middle of that first job! We are so happy with our patio and can’t wait to use it in the spring!

Pristine Lawn Care did a fantastic job getting my yard summer ready for food and fun on the 4th. They edged all the beds, weeded, trimmed all trees and shrubs, cleaned up and then spread fresh mulch. It was all done in 2 days. Meticulous and prompt!! Would definitely recommend them to clean and maintain your yard!!
