Steve the owner is the nicest guy I ever meet.

They are so bad ! The communication with the employees is so bad . Don’t use this company they are bad in everything!

I called this place for a quote and no one ever called me back. I tried calling again and didn't even get the answering machine. I'm not impressed and have given up on this company. Not a good way to do business.

I am so happy with the work from the pros at SiteScapes! The design team worked to design the grounds that I wanted. It was installed in no time and they keep it looking great.

Out on a bike ride and someone driving a commercial vehicle for this company pulled directly in front of me and slammed on their brakes. When asked why at the stop sign they responded with “because I can”. I’ll be sure to never use the services of this company and do everything in my power to ensure nobody I know does either.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. My delivery was 3 hrs later than what I was told, and came at 8PM. The employee I spoke with had no explanation and did not have a reasonable way that the company communicates to customers that they will be running late. For a delivery of dirt, the customer service should have been better.

I was delighted to hear that Steve had bought SiteScapes back under his leadership in the past they were an outstanding Winter/Summer maintenance provider. There have been so many times service industries have tried to take advantage of me. Not this company Site Scapes with Ernie Aldrich. He took time to explain to me detail to detail what needed to be done with my sprinkler system and he fixed it. This seems so simple but it is so rare he saved me so much money he did what needed to be done. I couldn't appreciate him more or the company.

Cannot say enough good things about Bobby and his team at Prestige. We hired the team for edging, mulching, new garden bed creation and plant installation. The quality of their work and price were exceptional and I’ll tell you what… these are some of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. We were so pleased we literally hired them the day our first project was done to do another project we were originally going to do ourselves. Highly recommend!!!

Your truck that was driving on Atwood Avenue (near the original italian bakery area) NEEDS brake lights. Your driver also didnt put on his blinker before slowing down with no brake lights and turning. This almost caused an accident! Please check your trucks before allowing them on the roads.

I was in need of help with my large front lawn that was over grown and needed the mulch changed out, beds cleaned and bushes trimmed. The team exceeded my expectations with the cleanup. They worked well together and very respectful.
Bobby was very kind to take on my yard as he was quite booked already but could see I was in need of help. Any one in need of a landscape team I would recommend Pristine Lawn Care highly!

My nephew who was living in my family home in Johnston was supposed to take care of the yard. He totally neglected it for months. I live out of state and was unaware of the state it had fallen into until code enforcement cited me. Fortunately I contacted Pristine Lawn Care. Mr Bobby promised quick response and delivered as promised. The work was done professionally as promised. The results were like night and day. Looks great and I am totally satisfied. I have contracted with Pristine for continued regular lawn care. Very satisfied customer!
