Saw a sign that turf master fertilized. Unfortunately they left a lot of fertilizer in the road. You should retrain your technicians about the important of protecting our environment and water services to avoid having run off into storm drains and water supplies.

Employees are very helpful no matter the product. Offer a great variety of mulches, stones, and even playground sets. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for any outdoor supply materials.

Doesn’t matter if it’s what to plant in your yard to putting pavers or fixing pavers trimming trees Weed and feed mulching etc.
If you have an emergencies and the workers already worked 12 hours he will try to have them come by to the rescue !!!!!!
I needed a rescue today and they were here to help us today 👍🏻🤗🤗🤗

DON'T BUY FIREWOOD FROM HERE!!!!
Ordered a cord of wood, fast delivery. Was told it was all hardwood but that was a lie. After going over the pile with my hatchet I'm finding that there is a good amount of large, barely split logs that smell like some sort of fir or pine mixed with the split hardwood. I hope this place looses business for doing this dumbness

Ordered a $3500 swing from them. Wanted to put rubber mulch, called they said could order. Order a pallet sight unseen. Asked if needed more would it be l, said it could be ordered. Called today asking to get 10 more bags. Was told needed to order another pallet. I was never told this. Spoke to owner, not willing to offer solutions and really didn’t know any solutions.
Own a business work to offer solutions for your customers... be helpful! Never again and will never recommend and every chance I get I will divert business elsewhere. Try to help local versus big boxes every time , pure example of customer service failures! Now I have a ply area with unfinished mulch. Whatever I find will not match.

I am shocked that this company refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. Their crew broke my car window with a flying rock from their equipment this week. My wife witnessed it, but they took off so fast afterward I could not talk to them about it. I had to get the name of the company from my neighbor who uses them. The owner Rad refuses to return any of my phone calls. Instead he has his assistant hang up on me after a brief discussion "in case they are being recorded" (his words) Stay far away from them (at least as far as rocks fly)

I came in to buy gravel and mulch. I received such great service and wonderful deliveries. Give them a try they’re very family friendly and hard-working group.

I’ve had a great experience with Turf Master here in Johnston. They consistently do a good job with my landscaping, lawn care and snow removal. The team is reliable, professional, and always makes sure everything looks neat and well maintained.

I hired Scotty to help clear decades of brush accumulation from the prior owners on my side yard hill. Scotty gave a great price, worked hard and did an excellent job. What would have taken me a month he completed in a day and a half. Will hire again for more yard projects. Thank you, Scotty.

Took 26,000 dollars to do a job and never came back, when I asked for the money back he tells me I don't have the money, this as now been 4 months and he goes to the east providence police department and file a complaint that I was harressing him, just return my money

Contracted DCJ TO put in a driveway and cut some trees started in June did half the job left me with a dirt driveway a load of stone piled up outside my garage dumped a load of junk in my driveway (old pool ladder tree roots a broken fence ) never returned calls or texts driveway still not done as of Oct 28 and I'm a 60 year old that has a hard time walking having to park my truck halfway up my driveway that is dirt and uneven, I paid them a lot of my and got poor job that's not finished

One of their drivers just ran a stop sign and almost hit me. Then proceeded to run another stop sign as he chased me through a neighborhood, flipping me off. When we got to a busy intersection, he tried to plow around me and run me off the road. Maniacs.

They came to my house to provide me the quotation/estimate for the landscape work I have in my backyard/front yard, Dave was really sarcastic dont know how to communicate, being quite rude, taken out the faults in the other land works did by some other professionals, calling it out cheap and using slangs for the work/workers, laughing, making fun and being sarcastic, I feel really bad as my wife has called them to provide the quote and I feel regret why they been called and why they visited my house

Very pleased with Dave and his team, they did such a nice job in my yard!! Would recommend it to anyone, very affordable prices also!

Not worth 1 star!! Not impressed with the professionalism or lack thereof. They cut down our flag pole without asking, broke bricks and near said anything as well as smashed a raised flower bed with pavers and not even trying to hide it or fix the damaged caused. Blew sand all over our cars and neighbors lawn and left their trash of empty water bottles and empty gatorade bottles scattered in the yard. I ABSOLUTELY would not recommend if you want quality work and professional people coming onto your property just to do a piss poor job and damage your property with no accountability on their part. Thanks for adding more things for us to fix on our dime!!
