This was the absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. I was in awe. Was welcomed home with clumps of dog hair and crumbs on the stairs first thing i walked in (dogs stayed outside all day while they worked). Did not wash a single baseboard, wall or floor. Found lint, dead bugs, string on our carpet, they didn’t even vacuum to the baseboard there was dust inches from the baseboard. They did not move anything to clean behind or underneath no matter how small. Did not dust, left my kitchen cabinets covered in drips and drops. Kitchen floor was atrocious and counter tops still sticky. Included our finished basement in the quote which the girls did not even touch. Sent them 15 out of 43 photographs and a video, all they were willing to do was take off $50. Absolutely unacceptable. For a $650 deep clean absolutely NOTHING was done besides the inside of the fridge and the oven. I used to clean houses for a living and this was absolutely appalling. We were expecting furniture the next day and had to spend 6+ hours cleaning ourselves after a 10 hour work day. I wouldn’t even pay weekly clean price for the job that was done at my home. Absolutely ridiculous.

They did well, were thorough, and polite. Very minor things we would adjust for next time but feel confident they would accommodate any modifications we provided.

What a way to bring on spring! I had a deep clean of my house. It was three wonderful ladies that introduced themselves, took a look at every room, told me what they were going to be cleaning and then spent the remaining 4hrs making my house look brand new. Everything was put back into its place, the house looked beautiful and smelled fantastic. Looking forward to continuing cleaning services for up keep and a deep clean 1-2x a year. Highly highly recommend! So lucky to have found Cleaning People RI!

Fantastic Service! Yolanda did a deep clean at our house, and did an excellent job. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, even some of the stains I hadn’t been able to get out of the tub. Couldn’t be happier with this piece of mind!

We bought our home and purchased the deep clean move in package and it was such a weight off of our shoulders to not have to clean the entire house on top of moving! They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend!

Amazing service they tell me how to grow the plants what to buy for my area in my yard. I’ve always had wonderful luck and beautiful plants that bloom all summer The tomato plants are delicious and brought those I don’t grow other vegetables. My daughter does and she has bought them there. It has great return for her veggies. I love Jack of bones and I will go back this summer. I can’t wait.
