I used Choice 1 Cleaning today for the first time and I just can't believe what a beautiful job these ladies did. They were so friendly and thorough. I moved to a house with 21 years of cigarette smoke and I have terrible allergies and asthma. It's unbelievable how clean they made this house. I will be a continuing customer!! Thank you so very much!

We have an active lifestyle and two large dogs. We decided we needed help on a routine basis with the housecleaning chores. I tried three companies and they didn't work for us. Very pleased to have found Choice 1 Cleaning. Their crew is quick, very thorough and most important to us...consistent. The crew goes right thru our home now on a regular basis and we are confident and pleased with the professional top notch service we receive. Hats off to them!

In January, l got my initial cleaning, dubbed deep cleaning, with Choice 1. Jenn was prompt to respond to cleaning request. Her crew, headed by Patrice, were constantly moving and cleaning. With 2 cats, add cat fur and nose prints on windows to basic cleaning, I don't think a corner of the floor or woodwork trim was missed. Three bathrooms included in Richmond home.

Rise N shine Maids LLC cleaned my house and did an incredible job. From entering my house all the way to shaking hands and waving bye. My house was a disaster until I made the call and got this team of professionals out here. When they were all done, the house was so clean, I wasn’t sure if I was in the right house. They are trustworthy, hardworking, and professional I will definitely be hiring them again!

The space is clean and beautiful in general and I am very appreciative for that. However, the hardwood floors have a thin film on them where I can see my footprints in it. Also, my
bedroom has a double fan in the window when I left. When I came back, it was removed and cleaned, but only one of the two fans work now. Very disappointed that my belongings now have to be replaced, especially in the middle of a humid August.

I am glad I hired this company but am unlikely to be coming back in the future unless I budget time to clean my own floors and budget additional money to replace my things, since I won’t know if/which things will come back to me broken.

We have never seen our oven that clean ever.

I am disappointed to say that the quality of this company has diminished since we first started using them. Like many companies they have experienced challenges with employee retention in the aftermath of COVID, but they have so far been unable to recover. Management always did their best to make things right, but repeated cancellations and issues with the quality of the work made it more of a hassle than a help to continue with them. The owners are good people, and I hope they can turn things around for themselves soon.

The Cleaning People performed a deep clean on my house today. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and all of the small touches that were added to give the “wow” factor! I had read all of the reviews and took a chance in hiring them. From my first email, to follow up phone calls and text messages to let me know they were on their way, their customer service was very much appreciated. Since this was our first cleaning with this company, the owner Chad came to the house and wanted to make sure that everything was done to our specifications. The cleaning team was very friendly and professional. They even left home made treats for my dog! I would highly recommend this company and look forward to my future cleanings!

My farmer’s sink is sparkling and looks brand new. I had a stubborn ring forever and now it’s gone!!! The whole house is spotless. Thank you so much.

The ladies did a great job but did manage to drop two of my pictures off the wall damaging the frames and made a small indent on my wall. The quality of work was good compared to the price but did wish the dusting was more hands on vs the wand.

Once I posted this the company reached out to me and was very apologetic about what happened and immediately offered to replace my frames and have my wall repaired. The care they gave and how they stand behind their company is amazing. I never expected them to do this at all, I know mistakes happen and how they handled the situation was amazing. I will continue having this company come clean my house based just upon how they run the company and how honest they are. They truly have an amazing team and I’m very grateful for how responsive they are to what happens.

I had a very bad experience with the cleaning. I ordered a move in deep cleaning + walls. I wasn't present during the cleaning and was unpleasantly surprised to see that kitchen cabinets were left untouched, bathrooms were still dirty, walls were like never cleaned and overall lousy job everywhere. I contacted the service manager and told about that. They offered an additional cleaning, which was not much different. Cleaners rushed to be done with everything and asked me about every single area I asked them to clean ( like I said kitchen cabinets are dirty and they would call to check every drawer after it is done, rather than when the whole kitchen is clean). After some time they just packed their stuff and were ready to go even though there were areas that needed to be cleaned.

Overall, lousy job even after repeated cleaning. Will not order cleaning again.

Absolutely amazing!!! Hired the Cleaning People of RI for a deep cleaning and will be doing biweekly cleanings as well. I am a busy mom of 4 and decided I needed to treat myself to free myself of feeling like I was constantly cleaning while balancing a full time job and the kids. I felt a huge weight lifted when I walked in after the deep clean knowing there was nothing for me to clean!!! They did a fabulous job and I highly, highly recommend them!! Also as a busy mom I was so pleased by the efficient and super easy booking process - I emailed them one evening and they responded the next morning with availability and a run down of the service options and bam I responded and booked!! I wish everything was this easy topped with outstanding service delivery!!!

We hired them to clean the house we lived in for 17 years and just sold. Allison(?) and crew did an magnificent job. They were professional, hard workers, quick, and very thorough. The attention to detail was amazing. The stove was sparkling even! They even found things we missed while cleaning out our house. Very excellent and will hire again for our new house.
