They had everything I was.looking for and more! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. This will be my.go to place.from now on! Their system logs you in and keeps track of your purchases so they can help you remember what you bought and answer questions you may have at a later date.

Paul should be proud of his crew because they care and work hard.
This morning I was driving down a sidewalk @ Yale and I noticed a fence was setup around several mounds of dirt and sod.
Rob noticed me and asked the rest of the crew to help him move everything so I could use the sidewalk.
This was amazing because too many landscapers have told me to use the street.Even a couple of cops,in the past,have said use the street.

Most of the staff is great but the new garden Center manager. Has no people skills. I am long time shopper there been going there for over 25 years. Seems like they are in downward trend the last few years.

Two years ago, we purchased three large size trees from their tree farm. They brought the trees over on a trailer truck, and planted the trees in our yard using an excavator.
It was an expensive project.
Later, an arborist who inspected the trees in our yard, pointed to us that one of these trees came here with a serious problem that causes it to grow more slowly than the other two, and eventually, will make it die prematurely.
Central Nurseries should have inspected the trees professionally before shipping them to us and planting them in our yard, and if they did, they would have detected this problem, and discard that tree.

I love this place. They have some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, and they make sure customers are satisfied. Their selection is fantastic. Highly recommend going here if you are looking for anything from trees to shrubs to flowers.

I went here yesterday for the first time and i can’t stress enough of how great it was to get help here, This was after me going to 3 different nurseries in the area. To which no one was there to help me find what i was looking for. thank you central nursery for your great service. I will definitely be recommending your place,

All morning we were in search of a swag to decorate our sleigh. It wasn't until we stopped at Central Nurseries. We met Alyssa the Manager, who went out of her way to make us a beautiful swag. Great customer service! We'll be back for sure!

The staff were super helpful and very patient with me! They were very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions about plant pairings! My experience with Central Nurseries has been excellent, including a major landscaping/retainer wall project. Highly recommend them!

I purchased 8 small evergreen trees from them and they were helpful. But, when I called inquiring about there Irrigation Services, I found out that they don't care or want any more business. The Irrigation Service individual never contacted me back after several calls this past July 2023. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

After having a horrible experience at another nursery in Cranston, my husband and I stopped in to this nursery to check out the trees. Alyssa was AMAZINGLY helpful, super friendly, and professional. We left with a beautiful Baby Blue Spruce tree to plant in our yard, along with all the necessary soil to plant our tree and fertilize our lawn.
I highly recommend this nursery and will definitely be back!! They are FABULOUS!!

I bought a 300$ tree. The young er staff members set about loading the tree and wrapping it into my truck. When it got to the truck Bed there was clearly a freshly broken limb near the bottom. I “said woah, looks like you guys might have broken a branch.” Gal said, no that was already like that and asked if she should remove it?Absolutely fresh break. No apology, no offer of another specimen. Just not dedicated to excellent customer service. That being said the woman who helped me chose my tree was knowledgeable and seasoned.

I went there last year in search of a tree and had a not so great experience-I felt like I was being pushed into something bigger and pricier than what I needed-in retrospect perhaps I was also at fault as I was trying to replace a full grown tree -anywho went back in 2024 and ended up w/an amazing tree delivered to my door. The overall vibe was fantastic and their selection is unrivaled. The tree arrived healthy and in perfect condition. My daughter and I dug the hole ourselves and researched best practices for a successful outcome. Thanks especially to Dave.

Alyssa and her entire team are AMAZING! they helped completely redesign and replant our yard. They picked the bushes and plants (based on us describing what we liked), laid it all out at the nursery, and then worked with us to make changes until it was perfect. Then Alyssa supplied us with drawings showing the exact layout, and even FaceTimed with me while we were planting to make sure it was perfect. We instantly became the best looking house in the neighborhood. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I would never recommend for any type of project. Had arborvitae trees installed, this team negligently broke my sprinkler system then refused to fix. I’ve had to spend tens of hours pruning dead spots off the trees as they have also refused to replace the trees under warranty. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a company. I would not recommend to anyone.
