I had high expectations for the cleaning crew based on this company’s reviews, but they even exceeded those. I walked in after a deep clean, and was absolutely wowed by the attention to detail, the thoroughness, and the incredible smell! We had moved into our house three years ago when I was very pregnant and then having two babies (plus two dogs) have kept us on the go. Some areas of our house definitely lacked attention from us and this cleaning crew made them all look brand new. We are going to schedule regular cleanings with them. Tammy answered all my questions with great patience. Allyson was the cleaning team leader and she had great communication day of. Great customer service all around. Can’t recommend enough!!

Half the cleaning on the checklist was not completed, ie cabinet shelves, dryer vent, floor boards were hit or miss, glass stovetop was smeary

Great job! We had the "move out" service done. A cleaning team of 3 showed up on time and went straight to work. The house looks great & is ready for the next owner. We definitely would hire The Cleaning People for our next cleaning job.

The team did a great job on my move-in cleaning that I booked. They were even very helpful and willing to go back and address any issues that I had found upon my inspection of their work. I would certainly recommend them.

I booked a deep cleaning service and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. They did a really thorough job and cleaned places I honestly never would have been able to, to the standard of a professional. It was a great investment to make and I will do so yearly from now on. What they accomplished in 4 hours would have taken me two days and an incredible amount of frustration. I am incredibly thankful for their work and will recommend them to my friends and anyone who needs a little help getting back to a baseline they can maintain.

Allyson, Kim, and Zury arrived promptly and immediately began working. They were all extremely organized, efficient, respectful, and very hard-working to name a few of many great qualities. I had a deep clean and was amazed at how wonderful my home looked and smelled. I loved the special little touches they made to make a room cozier with the placement of a throw or pillows on the sofa. Definitely will plan on using them most likely on a monthly basis.

Allyson and her team always do an amazing job cleaning our busy home. They go above and beyond, paying attention to every detail. This team is punctual, courteous and respectful of our home and belongings. Beyond that they are very efficient with their methods and time, with a team of 3 quickly cleaning our house from top to bottom! Allyson and George arrived on time and never stopped working! The stove sparkled and was spotless! Every room was cleaned with care and and the windows and floors looked amazing! I strongly recommend The Cleaning People as their work is second to none! Ask for Allyson and George, you won't be disappointed !!

For the price I expected a deeper clean. Some baseboards and cabinets were missed. There was still soap marks in the shower. They cleaned the windows (even though I called out that they didn’t need to when I booked) but did not properly reinstall the screens, I found crumbs still in the kitchen. There was coffee splashes around the coffee maker. Overall it was fine and did appear cleaner but I was disappointed that this was the final result of the most expensive and most thorough package.

Editing to add they did offer a partial refund and offered to a free service. They reached out and ensured this was not the level of standard they aim for. I appreciate them reaching out.

The Cleaning Peoppe did a fantastic job cleaning a big house due to a move out. I highly recommend this company for all your cleaning needs!!
