I had a tenant move out who left me with a very bad cat urine smell on my hardwood floors. The smell was unbearable. I called Tony and his team and in less than 24 hours they came to assess the situation. In less than 48 hours they had the site totally cleaned and the smell 100% mitigated. I would recommend the Phoenix of Rhode Island to anybody. They were not only fast and efficient but super friendly.

Phoenix of Rhode Island did a great job. A tenant had a grease fire and grout in the kitchen was as black as tar. Tony restored to new condition and color is consistent throughout . We had no idea the original color was so light. VERY impressed with the results!
