Absolutely a class act. I called Roman Carpet to help with cat urine in a rental of mine. I called Roman Carpet Cleaning to clean our vintage velvet sofa. While they were here, I asked them to also clean a wool area rug and steam clean the tile floor in the kitchen. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Chris and Luis were very friendly and professional. They did a great job on all three items and I will definitely have them back again. In addition, they were actually a little early for their appointment, but called to make sure it was ok for them to arrive. (It was.) What a pleasure having folks who actually come when they say they will. All in all, a great experience. The sofa, floor, and rug look great.

I was quoted a lower price on the phone when I booked the appointment. It was a bad feeling when I was told a higher price on site, but they did honor the lower price. And they did a good job.

This is the second time I have used Roman Carpet cleaning. The first time was to clean my carpets of pet stains and odor. Today I had them clean my tile floors in the kitchen/dinning area and 2 bathrooms plus clean an upholstery chair. All stains and odors were removed from the carpets and chair. The tiled areas look brand new. They always answer the phone, easy to schedule and the work is superior and reasonable! I highly recommend them!

Roman Carpet & Upholstery was very professional, friendly, and efficient. They arrived earlier than expected but communicated with me ahead of time which was very helpful. Once they arrived they got right to business and was in and out before I knew it. I am happy with the end result although I wish they informed me ahead of time that my furniture would have to take the day to dry off and that I should set up a fan to assist.
