Reviews of local pros in Johnston, Rhode Island

I had a very bad experience with the cleaning. I ordered a move in deep cleaning + walls. I wasn't present during the cleaning and was unpleasantly surprised to see that kitchen cabinets were left untouched, bathrooms were still dirty, walls were like never cleaned and overall lousy job everywhere. I contacted the service manager and told about that. They offered an additional cleaning, which was not much different. Cleaners rushed to be done with everything and asked me about every single area I asked them to clean ( like I said kitchen cabinets are dirty and they would call to check every drawer after it is done, rather than when the whole kitchen is clean). After some time they just packed their stuff and were ready to go even though there were areas that needed to be cleaned.

Overall, lousy job even after repeated cleaning. Will not order cleaning again.

Absolutely amazing!!! Hired the Cleaning People of RI for a deep cleaning and will be doing biweekly cleanings as well. I am a busy mom of 4 and decided I needed to treat myself to free myself of feeling like I was constantly cleaning while balancing a full time job and the kids. I felt a huge weight lifted when I walked in after the deep clean knowing there was nothing for me to clean!!! They did a fabulous job and I highly, highly recommend them!! Also as a busy mom I was so pleased by the efficient and super easy booking process - I emailed them one evening and they responded the next morning with availability and a run down of the service options and bam I responded and booked!! I wish everything was this easy topped with outstanding service delivery!!!

Amazing! We love The Cleaning People, they are extremely thorough which is very important. The cleaners are reliable and trustworthy. Our home is so wonderful to come home to!

They were amazing!! They showed up early and did an amazing job on our home we were moving out of. Thank you for doing such a great job and getting in there so fast for us. We will surely recommend your services to anyone needing professional cleaning. Thanks again!

We hired them to clean the house we lived in for 17 years and just sold. Allison(?) and crew did an magnificent job. They were professional, hard workers, quick, and very thorough. The attention to detail was amazing. The stove was sparkling even! They even found things we missed while cleaning out our house. Very excellent and will hire again for our new house.

I had high expectations for the cleaning crew based on this company’s reviews, but they even exceeded those. I walked in after a deep clean, and was absolutely wowed by the attention to detail, the thoroughness, and the incredible smell! We had moved into our house three years ago when I was very pregnant and then having two babies (plus two dogs) have kept us on the go. Some areas of our house definitely lacked attention from us and this cleaning crew made them all look brand new. We are going to schedule regular cleanings with them. Tammy answered all my questions with great patience. Allyson was the cleaning team leader and she had great communication day of. Great customer service all around. Can’t recommend enough!!

Half the cleaning on the checklist was not completed, ie cabinet shelves, dryer vent, floor boards were hit or miss, glass stovetop was smeary

Great crew! Friendly, efficient and hardworking. Great job!

First time here and I'm very happy!!!
Looking forward to having them clean for me!!

My home is absolutely amazing! Clean and fresh! I could have never accomplished this level!

mida Ave Rosa did a great and professional job they were pleasant ,friendly and helpful thank you gloria Davis

Great job!!! So kind and made sure to get every crevice!

Great job! We had the "move out" service done. A cleaning team of 3 showed up on time and went straight to work. The house looks great & is ready for the next owner. We definitely would hire The Cleaning People for our next cleaning job.

The team did a great job on my move-in cleaning that I booked. They were even very helpful and willing to go back and address any issues that I had found upon my inspection of their work. I would certainly recommend them.

Very nice to work with. Received reminder texts and also when they were on their way. Hard working crew and they left my new place spotless. Very satisfied and I would highly recommend them.

I booked a deep cleaning service and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. They did a really thorough job and cleaned places I honestly never would have been able to, to the standard of a professional. It was a great investment to make and I will do so yearly from now on. What they accomplished in 4 hours would have taken me two days and an incredible amount of frustration. I am incredibly thankful for their work and will recommend them to my friends and anyone who needs a little help getting back to a baseline they can maintain.

Professional, kind, and thorough! The best deep cleaning our house has ever received! Looking forward to our monthly cleaning moving forward! Prices are extremely reasonable as well. You will not be disappointed with The Cleaning People!

Very thorough cleaning of the house. Awesome care to details and the house is immaculate. Love this company. They do an amazing job every time not just to win you over for the first cleaning. Would use them always.

I’ve used The Cleaning People before and can’t compliment them enough on the GREAT work they do!!!!!!

Allyson, Kim, and Zury arrived promptly and immediately began working. They were all extremely organized, efficient, respectful, and very hard-working to name a few of many great qualities. I had a deep clean and was amazed at how wonderful my home looked and smelled. I loved the special little touches they made to make a room cozier with the placement of a throw or pillows on the sofa. Definitely will plan on using them most likely on a monthly basis.

Great Job! Thank you for keeping our office ready for our clients.
