Had a very positive experience with Eastland Electric. Shawn was very professional, informative, and offered options to resolve my electrical updates.
Being a local company, I sought them out at this juncture of the project. I’m not disappointed I did. Will be making a decision soon.

The electrician arrived on time and was very pleasant. While examining the issue, he was very informative, explaining what he was seeing and what would be needed to correct it. He took several photos along the way also. Before leaving, he emailed us a copy of a quote which we liked. We were very happy with all aspects of this visit.

John did a great job of finding the problem and fixing it. He explained everything as he went along. Very helpful.

I worked with Paulo on a couple of items at my house. He was on time and the appointment was easy to schedule. He explained everything in detail and in an easy to understand way. Pricing was as expected based on initial estimate. He answered all my questions. It was a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Please don't waste your time calling anyone else. Paolo and the folks at Eastland Electric are top-notch and the only call you need to make. They did some work for us last year through another contractor, and their efficiency, professionalism, and end product were top-notch. They recently upgraded our electrical panel and installed electricity for a pool heater. The entire process is simple for the customer. Their work is A+, they are meticulous in keeping the house clean, and everything looks great. After years of trying different electricians for various projects, I found the best with Eastland and Paolo.

Had issues with lights dimming and appliances cycling on and off continuously-contacted the electric company to see if the problem was on their end. They came to the house and said there was a problem with the box the electric meter fits into. Because of the issues would not reinsert the meter thus no power. Called at 5pm and spoke to Gregg one of the owners of Eastland. He assured me that someone would come that evening and do their best to get power back. He was very understanding. Dave S, the technician came by. Very professional. Explained the issue and that his solution might only be temporary. He explained the ground wire and the circuit breaker box were on their way out. After a couple of hours of Dave leaving the original problem returned. That next morning, spoke to Gregg again and it was decided the entire service needed replacement. This being a Friday, I assumed I would be living in a haunted house all weekend. An hour later, Gregg called and said he would send 2 technicians over that afternoon when they finished their current jobs and complete the service replacement before the weekend. Arthur and John showed up. Both very professional and courteous. You can tell Eastland prides itself on hiring a good team. The temperature was in the 90's with high humidity with forecasted thunderstorms. Greg even stopped by to assist his team as the sky darkened. Service completed. I can't tell you if I got the best price ever but I assume it was a fair price but I will say- Eastland more than came through for a customer that was brand new to them.

Arthur courteous, reviewed alarm fixtures to replace batteries to new batteries. Identified locations of each. Tested all alarms after batteries changed. All ok.

As alwys, Eastland was excellent. The service was prompt and well Done. They replaced my bathroom light/fan/heater.

Shawn from Eastland Electric did a fabulous job today in my home. He was on time, polite and very professional. I had a small job that needed to be done and he took care of that right away. I then asked if he had the time and materials to do a slightly larger project that I thought of as we were discussing the smaller job. He had everything on his truck to get the larger job done even though he had no prior knowledge of it. The office staff is also very nice and very clear as to what to expect when the electrician arrived. I will definitely use Eastland Electric again!

Awesome job by Mark, one of three that he's done for my house. He's updated some rather old lighting in a few rooms and modernized it with recessed lights and dimmers. The final product is excellent, exactly as described. He has a great eye for planning a job so you'll get the ambiance you want. Highly recommend Eastland for electrical and lighting work, thanks folks.

Everything about the process with Eastland was amazing. I called needing an estimate to install a new fuse box in my garage, adjust a motion light above the garage and also to add a switch to the motion light. Paulo was incredible. Polite, professional and on time! Paulo provided me a quote and performed the work the same day! Paulo also upgraded my set-up to get it up to code! I will never waste my time with any other electrician!

Spectacular service by all. I left a voice message Sunday, they called back and had a professional (Arthur) out on Monday and everything was taken care of. Great work and communication.

Shawn was nice, knowledgeable, quick and clean. He replaced 2 pendant lights and a faulty light switch for us. I would recommend him to anyone.

Arnold installed new electrical on my house he did a drop/main and safety switch and bonded ground to my water pipe. Great job I would highly recommend Arnold. All around good guy, he answered all of my questions took his time to do the job right the first time. I’m having him return for another project soon.
