Working with Martel Plumbing and Heating has been a pleasure. From the office, to Kyle, who sold us on the furnace/hot water tank, all went smoothly. The crew that removed the old unit was efficient and tidy. James and Bryant who installed the new furnace and tank came early and finished in reasonable time. They left us with a well structured unit. I would recommend this company.

I needed quick removal and replacement of my rental's water heater. They were fast, courteous and excellent communicators. Thank you for your professionalism. Hoping all goes well moving forward. I'll be sure to call Martel's for any future needs!

Martel Plumbing & Heating went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the installation of our new heating system. While the vendor for the system itself was rude, Martel's team was always polite, professional, understanding and supportive. They came out on multiple occasions, ensured they understood any concerns we had, and even followed up after the fact to be sure we were satisfied. My family is very grateful for choosing Martel Plumbing & Heating for our new heating system installation.

Martel was reliable, answered all my questions, called back right away. Installers were professional and neat. It looks great and works great!

Chris was very thorough and made sure all connections were tight and zones were working. Chris had explained how in the future taking pictures of the lights on the boiler computer board would help diagnose the problem.

Due to the advice Chris provided, we were able to provide the tech the information when we had a small misfire. Ray was able to come out and quickly address the issue. We highly recommend Martel Plumbing and Heating.

It was excellent, the service tech was knowledgeable and most importantly did not try to upsell services that were not needed… nice to see honesty.

My only criticism, the initial service fee is not deducted if you have work done…other places will deduct that fee.

I would recommend them and the reception people are very friendly and nice to speak with.

I always have the best experience with Martel and today was no exception! Jacob came by right on time. My dog was happy to see him again! He did a great job cleaning our boiler and then thoroughly explained to us what he did and what to look out for. No notes! We love Martel Plumbing & Heating!

My 95yo mom had lost her cellphone in the toilet nobody could get it to budge as she had flushed it. It ended up jammed in her toilet. The toilet was replaced beautifully by Martell Plumbing and Heating. All was well until she jammed the toilet again with an unknown something. She decided she wanted a super flush toilet like she had at some point in that bathroom in the 50's or 60s.
Martel was able to get to her house very quickly considering we just received 2 feet of snow and she was safe at our house for the duration.

Kyle & his crew were amazing!Chris & Tyler were So professional w/ the install& were very clean & efficient, we switch from oil to gas & whole process took no more than 2 days , they also removed old oil tank & fixed some old loose ends w/ other gas pipes & water pipe valve replacements, can't recommend this company enough ..thanks guys !!

We had a new heating system with water heater installed on 11/04/25 by Martel Plumbing and Heating. Chris and his crew arrived on time and did a superb job. Very meticulous and professional crew. Cleaned up and removed all of the trash and old units. There were a few minor issues with the wiring hookups for the thermostats but they stayed until that was all resolved and tested numerous times. I can highly recommend them for services of this nature.

Had a great service from Ryan Tucker to swap out our shower head, nozzle, and tub spot. Provided us with great expertise to get the job done right. 10/10 professionalism, communication ,timeliness, and great work! Thank you

Martel replaced both our furnace and water heater, and we had a great experience with the whole team from estimate, to removal, and finally to installation. The work was done efficiently and the team took such care of our home while doing the project. Highly recommend Martel!

The service techs arrived on time and got right to work. They were both very professional, friendly and obviously very knowledgeable of the unit they worked on. They kept us informed of their progression throughout the entire process. They left our home perfectly clean - without a trace of their being there having done all that work. We're now once again living in comfort!

Martel, and the team, did an incredible job. The other companies wanted to provide a quick fix, mixing new with old. Martel replaced my entire heating system. Not easy with small crawl space, dealing with condo association, and cutting out a wall to run the lines then replacing the wall with new paint job. Over the top including a 10+ hour work day on Saturday to finish. 100% recommend Martel and you will also.

Very organized and professional. All people involved with Martel were friendly and courteous. Plumbers did a fantastic job installing a new boiler. Great job at a fair price. I definitely would recommend Martel Plumbing and Heating.
