He told me my main pipe was too high and that is why after he put the wax ring on my toilet it was rocking like a rocking Horse. Instead, he never tightened the bolts to the floor. He called the company and told them it was a big job to fix the problem and cut the pipe down in my cellar. He called me and told me they didn’t want to pay for it so if I wanted to fix the toilet from Rocking I needed to do this. I would never have him come to my house ever again.

Had to come out twice to fix a speciality toilet (the toilet’s fault, not theirs). Very nice and knowledgeable.
