RC Electric was a pleasure to work with throughout the process! They worked on a fast time frame and were great as far as in person and phone/text communication. They did not stop until the job was completed fully and everything was how I envisioned it to be. Jimmy O’Kane is amazing! He is reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. We had an old house and he helped solve several issues with electricity in our garage and house! Very old house! If or when I need electrical work again I wouldn’t hesitate to call RC Electric and request Jimmy.

Worst customer service. One should not hang up on a customer who is trying to set an appointment. Don't want to have customers, should not open the business. Why slam the phone down?

Couldn't get the power to work in my office/computer room. He came out the same day, fixed the problem in 25 minutes and did not tack on an "emergency call" charge even though he got there 2 hours after I called. I would use again.
