Between freezing weather & 2 days before Christmas I can say the house was cleaner, fresher and more fragrant than ever. Top notch staff. I have used this company steadily for 8yrs Dec 30!

The cleaning crew was professional, did a fantastic job with the deep clean, and were understanding of all concerns relayed to them. On my first standard cleaning Jade did an amazing job, I have never seen my home so clean!

Very professional and on time. Which means a lot to me as I use my house for my office so knowing when to be in and out is super helpful. Their products smell great and even my mother has commented on how they do.

Don't know how they could improve- they are punctual, they bring their own cleaning supplies, they clean THOROUGHLY, and they are super chill. They empty the bathroom trash and main trash and put in in our dumpster at the end. Our house has never been cleaner, and for a very very affordable price. I like that I get Google calendar reminders of when they are coming, and they send a text when they're on their way. Megan has a solid crew.

This cleaning service was overall average. I had scheduled a move-in clean prior to arriving in the area, so was unfortunately unable to have a walk-through prior for an estimate. The apartment is about 1300 sqft and was completely empty. I needed a clean of the floors, bathrooms, nooks & crannies, and kitchen appliances. I was quoted a "highly conservative" estimate of 275 for 6 total hours. Three women came and took almost 3 hours on the apartment and did not clean the refrigerator nor oven (I have no idea why it took this long considering the apartment was totally empty). While the apartment was cleaner, some shelving was missed and my bathroom sink stopper no longer works. They were able to send someone back a week later to clean the oven, albeit quickly. My final invoice was almost 100 dollars more than the estimate. I am disappointed in the cost for the quality of work.

Everything about my cleaning experience was very professional. I received a text beforehand when they were on their way, they showed up on time, and the cleaning was done properly AND without the really toxic smelling cleaning products. Would definitely recommend!

Great cleaning service! Thank you Kim and Sam for making my home clean and relaxing to be again amidst caring for my newborn. These ladies did a wonderful job and were extra caring about being quiet and helpful while I got my baby to sleep while they were cleaning! They were so kind and professional, and I’m happy with the whole service. It was also really easy to set up! Megan helped me book a cleaning the same week, and answered all my questions about their services. She was also helpful about the pricing. I got a reminder text when they were on the way to my home as well. Thank you all and I’ll definitely contact coastal home cleaning again next time.

The staff are professional and polite. They do a great job. I recently had them for a post construction clean and they were fabulous. Because of construction had a lot of back and forth with dates; Megan was very understanding and flexible. Highly recommend.

The crew did such an amazing job of deep cleaning our apartment! We are expecting our first baby and I feel so much more comfortable about bringing her home now. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service and definitely plan to use them again for any future services.

This company feels impossible to reach. I’ve placed multiple phone calls and left messages, sent emails, etc. Not sure what’s going on or if they’re overbooked and understaffed. They came highly recommended, but I have yet to hear back a week after requesting a house cleaning/estimate.

Does a great job tending to the landscaping of our property. Knowledgeable and fair with his prices. Highly reliable. Has been with us for four years - no problems at all.

Dishonest owner. Angelo should be ashamed of the way he does business. He screwed me out of thousands of dollars and is too ignorant to understand how or why. He owes me money.... Plain and simple. i have phone conversations and texts where he is telling me he'll refund me 1 day of work to make good on his mistake. He overcharged me thousands, not one day's worth! 1 day for him was $850 dollars.... Unheard of and ridiculous!!! He kept saying I'll save you so much money if i do this and that instead of someone else! Yeah, until he took much more than his share. He had his eye on my insurance money after a break in.. What ever you do, DON'T let him do carpentry for you. He is NOT a registered carpenter. Just a homeowner who does carpentry around the house. He has actually allowed a 100 year family member to pay his debt for that 1 day worth of work. He overcharges for his landscaping also but at least he's registered and insured for that! .

Great company with great estimates for taking care of my lawn. Will definitely be a returning customer.
