    Please see attached screen shot of my 5 calls to your establishment. I had called to set up a first clean and they only had Monday at 5pm available which I voiced was not a great time but they "had nothing else". I informed them that I would try and make it work but I wasn't sure I'd be able to leave work and get to my house to let them in and show them around. Monday comes and I start calling at 10am (the main phone number was the only one I had). I left 2 voicemails and called 5 times to let them know I was going to have to cancel. I know it was short notice (7 hours prior to the clean was when I started calling), but I work as a Chef and my job comes first. I never heard back and got a call at 5:15 saying the cleaners were there. I start explaining that I had been calling and leaving voicemails to cancel but the gentleman on the other end of the phone was furious, I would have liked to reschedule and pay for the time lost but now I will just be finding someone else. I never review companies like this, I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but when you don't answer your phone or check your messages you cannot get mad about not getting the information. As a business owner I hope that you start taking communication more seriously. It will truly make or break your business. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and learn to avoid it happening to potential clients in the future. Thank you.
