Paul was terrific and finally fixed my microwave after 2 other technicians and many appointments later. I was left hanging when another tech did not show up on a scheduled call on 1/25 with no call or explanation or reschedule I was unable to speak with a human and kept getting voice over and texts which did not solve the issue. I finally did a reschedule and had to wait another week.
I had previously have had good experience on the phone but this episode was frustrating -
