Paul was terrific and finally fixed my microwave after 2 other technicians and many appointments later. I was left hanging when another tech did not show up on a scheduled call on 1/25 with no call or explanation or reschedule I was unable to speak with a human and kept getting voice over and texts which did not solve the issue. I finally did a reschedule and had to wait another week. I had previously have had good experience on the phone but this episode was frustrating

We like Sears Appliance Repair. They always are very skilled and professional. The technician, Michael is a great technician. We have used Sears Appliance Repair for many years.
Technician didn't show up until 4 hours after the appointment was confirmed. He didn't fix my appliance. He said it could be several parts and was probably going to be expensive. I don't have a quote for parts or anything. I spent $139 for him to not bother attempting to fix my freezer. If it was a compressor, or a computer panel at least get me a price but he said he couldn't determine what it was.
