Steve and the team at RI Lawn did a phenomenal job of rejuvenating all of my garden beds which have needed love for the past five years. The communication and responsiveness of the team, the level of work and the final results were all well above my expectations. The value of the offer was also something that made this worth it. I’m sorry I haven’t done this sooner as the property looks 100 times better

Update 2024: Still using this service and they are doing great. Recently had an issue with sun scorching and crabgrass. While inspecting my lawn, Chris noticed it would benefit from some extra aeration and raking on top of what was already done. Chris didn’t hesitate to hop in and get it done right then. Thank you!

Met Noah and Zach when they came to do spring cleanup at my mom's house in North Providence. Both were pleasant and friendly, explained what they were going to do that morning, and asked if I had any questions. We came back home to a beautiful lawn and clean flower beds. I cannot say enough about how great RI Lawns is! Steve and his crew, Efrain, Nacho, and Javier are top notch, hardworking people. We had them put down a lot of soil and seed and they delivered on exactly what we asked for. But what really sets them apart from the rest is the outstanding customer service they provide. To quote Steve: “I want you to have a great lawn.” And he really means this. He has come by our house to check on seed growth to make sure everything is okay and will do whatever it takes to make sure we achieve our goal of a beautiful lawn. If your looking for a very reliable, quality service, this is your company and we have been through quite a few to say the least! Also, we found his pricing very reasonable! When you find quality you want to share it with others!!

I was installing fresh loam for a new lawn at my property and noticed the 855-RILAWNS truck in my neighborhood. I waived down the truck and spoke with Kevin who was doing some gardening work nearby. He took my contact information and Steve, the general manager, personally called me within 20 minutes. Before I go any further, I want to mention that the speed and efficiency and professionalism of the rapid communication had me sold already. As we spoke Steve was already looking at my yard from Google Earth. I told him I wanted RILAWNS to Hydroseed my new lawn. Steve indicated that he could provide that service but recommended a considerably cheaper method. He sent me a proposal within a half hour which I accepted immediately. The price was very affordable and considerably less than what I expected. His crew managed by Efraim, with his brother Javier, and cousin Nacho showed up and did a absolutely fantastic job. Once the seed was down, I received daily reminder emails about how to care for the new seed to ensure the success of the germination. I am exceptionally happy with the work and the service provided by Steve and his team. IF YOU'RE OUT THERE TRYING TO GET PEOPLE TO DO WORK FOR YOU BUT THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK OR THEY NEVER SHOW UP LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD, MAKE YOURSELF FEEL GOOD BY CALLING RILAWNS. I don't hand out compliments very often but these guys made it easy.

Today Efrain and Javier came to trim all my over-grown bushes along the street side of my corner property - they did an excellent job and listened to how I wanted it - even disposed of a small dead bush - and a super clean-up. Great Job Guys !! All so very much appreciated !! Sincerely, Betty

Steve was great to work with, the person we had for many years stopped working with out notice and we were in need and referred by him to RILAWNS quick response to request no pressure in sale! Asked what I wanted and sent quote right over next day we were being put on the schedule! Two different locations all in one place on line to view very happy so far. Both crews for mowing and the gardener have been outstanding, friendly, kind and respectful! Above and beyond!

We used RI Lawn Care to install a crushed shell driveway, and it looks great! We love it! Steve was easy to communicate with to choose the right driveway, get a quote, and schedule the job. On the day of installation, Efrain and Javier worked together skillfully to transform our old, ugly driveway into something coastal and beautiful. We're so happy with how it turned out.

Im happy to share backup photos and emails with anyone that reaches out. I suspect RILawns will tell further lies and attempt to deny; which is why i offer to share written and photographic proof with anyone interested.

The problem begins with a landscape and lawn company too lazy to visually look at a project. “Steve” states he loves growing awesome lawns and has Google satellite photos that allow him to estimate jobs. He’s never seen mine - either before any work or after delivery of sticks and rocks to my property.

Despite assurances from the 2 senior people at the company (Sales Manager, General Manager, and Production Manager “Anthony”) that 4 yds was the correct quantity of material required, they completed less than half of the specified area before the “ran out “ of material and would need to return to finish. They didn’t return, nor call until 24 hrs later at 3:30 on Friday afternoon.

This company is the classic “Tin Man“ sales job. Your material estimate will not work. Its a part of their business plan to purposely underestimate so as to upcharge additional at the time of execution.

Their add states “we show up when we are scheduled. Period”. Another lie. Id love to show all the emails where Steve is eating his foot after showing up attempting to overseed with no water available 10 days before our scheduled dated- AFTER HE WAS REMINDED IN WRITING. Id love to show the photos of piles and piles of rocks and sticks that were raked out of this “screened top dressing material”. I raked these out. THERE WAS NO RAKING OF DEBRIS FROM THIS MATERIAL BY CONTRACTOR. FURTHER, CONTRACTOR DUMPED DEAD SOD, REMOVED FROM LAWNL ON MY ADJOINING NEIGHBORS PROPERTY. LITERALLY, THREW IT OVER THE WALL

THIS IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR IN 63 YEARS. Save yourself the aggravation. Refusal to look at a job before quoting is ABSURD. Steve just lies. After stating he would come the day of execution (in his foot eating speech about loving to grow grass) he hasnt been heard from again, despite my reaching out on 10/16.
