INCREDIBLE SERVICE. I used Tyler for moving into my apartment. He was cautious with my furniture, efficient and extremely responsive with my booking. He and his partner went above and beyond!!! Highly recommended!!!!

It was a pleasure to meet Paul and Tyler. They are very professional, provided excellent service and communicated very well. We had a small job completed and we are now looking for them to do more lawn and tree care on our property. We highly recommend them to anyone that wants great service and landscaping work.

Hired Tyler to help clear out a storage unit and haul some stuff. Him and Paul came on short notice and were very professional, hard-working guys. Did a great job and very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend their services

Our company contracted Tyler’s Landscaping and Lawncare exclusively for the 2024 season, with all agreements clearly ending on October 31, 2024. Earlier in the year, they requested that we provide a reference for them to a larger company, which we did. Immediately after that, we began receiving tenant complaints about declining service quality, which continued for the rest of the season. Because of these issues, we hired a new lawn care provider for 2025. There were no discussions, no renewals, and no authorizations for any services in 2025.

Despite this, Tyler’s Landscaping showed up at our properties during the 2025 season without permission and later issued invoices for work that was never requested, never approved, and never authorized. All contracts they provided to us clearly show the same service period ending in 2024 and contain no renewal terms or continuation provisions. The lawns had already been serviced by our new provider prior to the dates they claimed to have worked.

Attempting to bill for unsolicited and unauthorized services is not acceptable. Property owners and managers should be cautious when dealing with this company.

Response to the Owner’s Public Reply:

The owner’s response includes multiple inaccuracies that are directly contradicted by their own signed contracts:

All mowing contracts (Quotes #363, #391, and #390) clearly state a fixed service period of 5/2024 - 10/31/24, with no renewal language, no continuation provision, and no requirement for cancellation.

Quotes #400 and #489 were one-time projects only.

None of these documents authorize services in 2025.

The claim that an “auto-renewal communication” was sent is unsupported, and no such notice has been produced. Performing work based solely on an internal assumption—without a contract, authorization, or signed renewal - does not create a legal or valid basis for billing. It is not lawful to perform unsolicited work on someone’s property and then demand payment for it.

Additionally, we had already hired a new lawn care provider for 2025. Tyler’s crews were observed mowing lawns that had been freshly cut by the new company, causing confusion and unnecessary issues with our tenants.

All agreements expired on October 31, 2024, and no 2025 contract was ever presented, approved, or requested. Any work performed by Tyler’s Landscaping in 2025 was unauthorized and outside the scope of any signed agreement.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and our review accurately reflects the written contracts and documented facts.

Tyler’s Landscaping and Lawncare did an excellent job on my parents lawn! The team was professional, on time, and detail-oriented. The yard looks great, and their pricing was fair. Highly recommend for reliable, quality lawn care.

Tyler provided great service at a great price. This is the first time I’ve used Tyler’s company - he did a Fall cleanup for me and I will definitely be using his lawn and landscaping company for my yard in the future. I’ve also recommended him to my neighbors, he is sure to be booked up all season!
