Called today to make an appointment, and was told to call back if I didnt hear anything within 30 minutes. I understand this is a busy time, so I waited over an hour before calling back. Was curtly told "well we already paged it out to them". I explained that I had been instructed to call back, and was told "well we will send it out again". It's now more than 7 hours after my original call, and I have yet to receive a response at all. I called someone else who wanted the business.
I bought a new Kohler toilet that I needed to be installed to replace an existing one that has been there for 15 years. In April they came out and installed the Kohler, I had purchased a new rubber replacement flange, so no wax. I was told to have the installation guarantee they had to use their flange & gasket. This April installation was $397. So, I was surprised in September when water was dripping into my basement. I called them back; they said the flange had cracked. They replaced everything again and instead of fixing the problem they just inserted a rubber connector (see pix). This visit cost $636. So a total of over $1,000 to install my new Kohler toilet that I purchased in my 30-year-old house that should have been done correctly on the first visit for $397.
