I have nothing but rave reviews for Chad. We've had a lot of projects in need of tackling and our home was in desperate need of an exterior clean. The gutters had become terrariums, the roof was covered in lichen, and algae was slowly devouring the entire house. If you've seen 1984's The NeverEnding Story, our house was Artax, chest deep in the muck of The Swamp of Sadness.

Chad was meticulous, thoroughly going every square inch of the house and going back to retouch any spot that he felt wasn't up to standard. I was hoping the house would come out nice, and instead it came out looking brand new. He also took the extra care to protect my gardens. I had prepared myself to lose a few plants to the cleaning solution/damage as that usually happens when doing exterior house work. Instead we had some moderate leaf burn, nothing that will leave any lasting damage.

Overall, I would say this was an 11/10 experience. Chad went above and beyond what was expected. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. We had clear communication throughout the process. The price was very reasonable. I had expected tackling this project to be a bit of a headache, and had the opposite experience. I highly recommend this local business.

Chad use of a drone allows him go get a full view and accurate account of the roof. My roof was actually missing a shingle I had been unaware of. He did a nice job removing the moss growth on the roof and took care of cleaning my gutters, siding and cement steps. I would definately use him again.

This was my first experience using Wicked Clean Homes to get my roof cleaned. Chad replied right away and he explained the process very clearly so I understood. The price was quite a bit less than a few others I received. I loved he used a drone to take a really good look at the roof. Service was quick and I was very satisfied..no mess at all. The service we received from Chad of Wicked Clean Homes was outstanding. He was right on time, came prepared to do the job we had inquired about and went above and beyond in taking care of other trouble spots that he found as he examined our roof. And there was never any concern about a scam as he used a drone to take detailed photos of our roof before and after so that we could not only see the problem areas but also the results of his efforts after cleaning. He was prompt, thorough and reasonably priced; I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Chad was very nice and friendly, did a great Job on our house and was very knowledgeable about his work and he also gave us some suggestions on the mold that’s building up on our roof, which he also does.With the pressure wash our gutters haven’t looked this good in a long time and just to keep things looking good I’ll keep him in mind for future touch ups. Chad is an absolutely great guy! In a world that seems to treat you like your business doesn't matter, Chad is different. He treats you right. You matter to him and his business. He called me back within the hour to give me a quote after I initially contacted him. He did an excellent job on my roof and walkway. He was very reasonable and promptly arrived at my house, cleaning up the area before leaving. He also took before and after pictures with his drone. I highly recommend him for your needs and will definitely give him my business again in the future if and when needed.
