Professional, highest level service. Thorough, quality results. Ernie was a pleasure to deal with. In addition to cleaning down frames, screens, interior & exterior windows (including removing & replacing window grids), he took time to clean off some paint & caulk residue left from previous repairs. Would definitely recommend to others & will be using him next year too.

Really great service. We have used Ernie and Epic View for many consecutive years to clean our windows in the springtime. This year, we also used him for a powerwashing of our house and of a pool deck. Things look great; like new. Ernie is great -- lots of communication with the homeowner and terrific work. We will continue using him every year. Highly, highly recommended.

Epic is great they truly pay attention to every little detail. They don't leave a mess they cover their shoes when they come in. People may think this should be common sense but it is amazing how many service companies forget to de the little things. Bottom line I have used Epic View Window Cleaning twice now and I as well as my wife have been thrilled with the results. My windows are spotless and I mean spotless! For the past 3 years Ernie and his crew have power washed the vinyl siding on my house and fence giving them that “brand new” appearance. In the late Fall the crew returns to clear my gutters of debris in preparation for our challenging winter weather. It is reassuring to know they will arrive on time and do a thorough job. These folks take pride in their work!

The experience was excellent. The two men who washed my windows were professional and detail oriented. They removed their shoes inside my house and took care when moving and replacing furniture that was in front of my windows. They were polite and respectful. My windows are beautiful now. The team at Epic View did an excellent professional job. I had my entire exterior soft washed, windows cleaned inside and out, and the roof washed. The house looks like new and in one day, all the growth on the roof is brown. After the first rain storm, the roof is totally clear of all growth. The guys were professional, clean, and on-time. No mess left anywhere on our property.

I would recommend Epic View Window Cleaning to anyone/everyone. Ernie (owner) came to our house at 8am as promised. He power-washed the entire outside of our house as well as the gutters. Ernie also washed each and every window in our house, cleaned all of the corresponding window screens while also cleaning the window wells spotless. The windows were so clean at one point that I thought we had left some of the windows open!! Ernie is very professional and personable as well. There are no hidden surprises with the costing/pricing as it was the same as what Ernie had originally quoted me before starting the job. Very professional company that deserved a 5+++ rating if one was available!!!!

I found Epic View through a google search of Window Cleaners in my area and I was so happy I did! I submitted the types of windows I needed cleaned through their websites instant quote page, and received the estimated price for the job right after I submitted it. The owner Ernie got in touch with me shortly after and was very friendly and professional. The weather was going to be poor, calling for rain and snow on the day my appointment was scheduled, and Ernie rescheduled with me well in advance and the company keeps you updated with appointment reminders through email. He asked thorough questions about my windows and the work that needed to be done so he would be prepared for the job.

The day of the appointment he was well dressed, very punctual and professional. Epic View cleaned my windows extremely well and the quote matched the exact amount I was quoted previously online with no up sells. I thought the windows looked brand new and my husband agreed with me when he got home, the "is there even glass there" reaction :) I am sure I will continue to hire Epic View for years to come.

I am the person to clean our windows yearly. This year, I didn't have the time and Epic View Window Cleaning was recommended to us. I was hesitant because we aren't used to to paying to have our windows cleaned. In the end I was pleased on so many levels. My experience with Epic View was phenomenal, beginning with the online estimate process. The site is intuitive and Ernie called me back within minutes of me submitting the estimate. He showed up on the date and at the time he said he would, which is not a common service experience these days. His attention to detail, thoroughness and quality guarantee were top notch. He pretty much guaranteed the job wouldn't be done until we were satisfied. And given the great job he did the first time around, there was no need to have anything re-done.
