Mike was excellent - Encouraged us to follow him around the property and ask questions throughout the inspection, all of which he answered thoroughly and with evident knowledge on the subject matter. His evaluation was extensive, he explained clearly anything he was not able to inspect, and the resulting report was extremely clear and easy to understand including pictures with highlights/arrows of key areas of the property noted in the report. I would recommend his services in a heartbeat, especially to first-time home buyers who are unfamiliar with the inspection process.

The home inspection was done in great time, but did not skip anything. From the smallest details to the most obvious thing that you might overlook, these guys made sure that all was inspected properly. They even gave consideration when inevitable maintenance or replacement would be needed.

On time, very kind, extremely informative and most importantly super thorough with the inspection. They inspected a condo I just bought so it was quick but the inspector made sure to answer any question I had and give me a detailed tour of the inspection he preformed!
