Don was nothing short of amazing and knowledgeable. If anyone were to do the home inspection I’d pick Don in every life time. He was up front, efficient, and detailed. Thank you so much, Don!!

Used this company for the inspection of the house I’m trying to purchase. Scheduled on Saturday, they came out on Monday, very responsive. Had several extra options for the inspection like testing for mold and sewer line. The report is very nice and outlined a lot of details with photos. Very happy with the work they did.

Chris Knowles and his team were great. Very responsive to all questions, good input on all findings, and reports provided same day.

Chris K did our inspection and was great, very friendly and polite. He answered all our questions thoroughly and explained things simply. He made helpful recommendations for minor things we said we would fix ourselves and maintenance we hadn't considered as first-time home buyers.

Mike is top notch. Especially compared to the inspection for our first home. He was on time, professional, and more than happy to answer any questions. He was extremely thorough and found things I never would’ve considered looking for. I’ll be sure to pass his name and company along to all friends and family looking to buy or sell!

These guys are great and I really appreciate their thoroughness and attention to all of the details from A-to-Z inspecting my new condo. I took a few notes to help document some things that I would have been otherwise unaware of, which I appreciate. If I have any other inspection needs in the future, I will certainly give Don and his crew a call. Thanks again, guys!

Chris and Christian did a terrific job inspecting our future home. They were very thorough and took the time to explain every facet of their inspection to us as they went through the house. Despite some bad weather conditions, they did a complete inspection of the exterior features, such as the roof, the septic system, deck and siding. We highly recommend House Doctor Home Inspections.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job with our home inspection for a two-family house. He’s super thorough but also efficient. Took time to explain everything to us and give advice, which was incredibly helpful as first-time homebuyers. It was a great experience.

Mike and his team were awesome from top to bottom. From their professionalism, explanations, showing us exactly what it is they were inspecting, things to be mindful of going forward with the home, and the care and thorough job they put into it. I have worked with Don and the House Doctor team for two houses across a 10 year time span now and their level of thoroughness and excellence hasn't diminished one bit. They not only handle what needs to be done, but offer genuinely helpful tips along the way, and clear explanation of anything that may raise questions. When they're done with their work you get the in-depth report in little to no time at all, giving you a great guide for how to plan for future home projects. I would recommend House Doctor Home Inspection Inc. to everyone, and will be spreading the word they are a company I trust every chance I get.
