The inspectors did great and were very helpful. I'd recommend them.
Unfortunately the office or whomever did two straight no call-no shows with zero communication. I had to follow up myself with their missed appointments and threaten a refund for them to confirm their own schedule.

Aron came the next day to address our concerns with our log gas fireplace insert, fixed the problem, but have a problem with the amount of soot the insert is producing. Think there is a problem with the regulator that controls the air gas mixture. Is this adjustable?

Aaron is fantastic. Just does a great job st explaining things in depth with good knowledge. Can't say enough good things about certified.

My chimney was damaged by the storm that we had on December 18th. I called Certified Chimney Inspection and they came out right away to give me a quote. About a week later they came back to do the job. Then were professional, very nice, considerate of the property, and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t go with anyone else. You’ll be so happy when the job is done and see the results.

This was the second time Josh has been to our house. This time to repair and line the hot water system chimney. (His first job for us was to rebuild and line the Furnace Chimney). Josh always does a beautiful job..and leaves everything spotless. We highly recommend Certified Chimney

This is the most unprofessional company anyone can hire, The so called technicians have outdated CSIA badges and on top of that they look so unprofessional. They where in my house and all I could say is I thought there was a rotten peace of meat that is how bad one smelt. For such a professional company they do not do anything but drag
on the same facts and make u reel in the jobs bye threatening reports that are also not held by any backing. I looked into their licenses and most are expired. Go with any other chimney company besides this one! Also, they don’t pull permit so make sure that there is a permit for that job or any job so unprofessional just money Hungary people! Certified chimney inspections, you should be ashamed!

Excellent service. The team was able to clean and install chimney liners at a very short notice. I’m extremely impressed by their service and professionalism.

The Certified Chimney Inspections company and awesome team members showed expert skills in diagnosing and fixing issues with my multiple fireplaces and the deteriorating connection to the furnace. The issues included a periodic blowback of exhaust fumes , water soaked bricks with occasional water inside the chimney, and a crown that was deteriorating. This skillful team replaced the firebox, chimney crown and 3 layers of brick. They determined that the 3rd flu and the odd construction of the chimney were the cause for exhaust fumes in the home. They fixed all the issues, and were very polite in doing so. They were an excellent team and left my living room , basement and exterior property free from any debris. I am soooo happy i found the RIGHT people to diagnose and fix the fireplace / chimney issues. The price was reasonable and I would absolutely hire this company again! Thank you for all your hard work.

Came to do a cleaning at my house . Told me they wouldn’t touch it . Need all new pipes . Price 2,000 . I said I would seek another company for another opinion . Well go figure other company cam and said u just need a cleaning . Cleaned it works 100 percent saving me 1,800 $$…. This company tries to scam u beware !!!!

one of the worst jobs I have ever seen, and when I called to claim the warranty and have them come to fix the problem, the secretary just lied, told me to send her emails with photos, I did it twice, then we talked again and nothing, then my wife spoke to them and again another lie, they asked when or what day they could come to correct the problem, they were given a date to come and again no more answers, and they never came, that was a month ago now, what I want What to say is paying $4,500 for a simple job and then they do a rubbish job and don't even have the decency to come fix it and honor the lifetime warranty they offer? That says how bad and scamming this company is, I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy, even as a joke.

Communication from start to finish was excellent, which I very much appreciate. The quote was more than reasonable and they were able to get the job completed within a very short time frame from when I initially contacted them. Will definitely use them for all future stove pipe/chimney needs.
