Aaron was great throughout the whole process.
He came in diagnosed what the issue was with my old system and recommend a new one.
When he came to install he was on time, neat and explained everything we needed to know.

We had Zach come out for a chimney sweep. He recommended a liner be installed for safety reasons. Although unexpected Zach made it extremely quick easy and stress-free. He explained everything and gave great advice. Thank you!!

No issues with Aaron who arrived to address service call, he was informative, etc. My issue is I called your company to set up a maintenance service call on my gas stove. When I listed what I was expecting from the service call, the person ( male)who answered the phone said he wasn't a technician but stated all I was requesting would be included in the service visit. When Aaron arrived he stated that he couldn't perform the service call because the stove was not purchased from your company. In other words you don't service what you don't sell. Why wasn't this question even asked during my initial inquiry ? Again, Aaron was professional, informative, etc. Perhaps you should address this issue with your office personnel.

Highly knowledgeable professional named Jamie C visited my home for a chimney cleaning and inspection. It was incredibly helpful to be spoken to in what I would describe as equal opportunistic, as a woman in a historically non-inclusive area of work within a household. I wasn't belittled, I was empowered with clear, direct, industry information to walk away confident to make sound decisions.

Jamie and his colleague were very professional and did their best to fix our fireplace but were unable to. They went over the options for us and provided a few suggestions. If we end up replacing our unit we'll give Certified a call.

Never disappointed. Very consistent, punctual, detailed service. Happy with everyone that has come to my home. Zach and I think his name is Sean…very respectful of my time and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

Brian was friendly over the phone when I booked the appointment. They were forgiving when I missed the tech on arrival at my home and they sent him back again when I called on realizing that I was lost in my work and ignored the calling bell. When Seth arrived with his assistant, they were cool about it. To top it off, the problem turned out to be simple and they didn't charge for it. I wouldn't have minded paying. I do appreciate professionalism and their going the extra effort to please the customer.

Ed and crew are fantastic and very reasonable. Hired this company last year...my yard looks magnificent.

In May, we hired Melendez landscaping to erect a fence and lay sod. Edgar was paid in full. The fence is not complete and the sod did not take and now there is a backyard of dead grass. At that time, he was also given a deposit to build a small patio area, nothing has been done on that project. He claims family emergencies, but for 4 months? There have been many attempts to contact him, but he ignores the calls and does not return any messages nor texts. I do not recommend this business.

Update 3/11/26:

Last week I acquired the log splitter needed to make at least a face chord of wood smaller so it will dry by next winter making this a 2 year problem,

Not only is the wood dirty but it is so unevenly split that I will have to rent a splitter to split the bigger pieces so they start to dry. I am not a pauper and bought their going rate. They never offered to make up the 1/4 chord they shorted me. Did I say how dirty it is still. Don't be fooled by a meter stuck into the end or outside of a piece of wood. Have them split a piece for you and meter the very center.

Since they acquire random dead trees, the is no consistent density. Some are so rotted they are very light and others very heavy.

Just don't buy here. Too Bad zero or negative stars are not an option.

It is amazing how they show all reviews and there are none less than 5 stars. Also are any of them for wood? They make a point of showing with a moisture meter that the wood is around 13%. Why are they so afraid of my review for wet wood and being shorted 1/4 cord?

They were freaked about an honest review of their unburnable wood. They said the wood was great and they were burning it in their various stoves and boilers. HA HA. If you split wood, the very outside will dry quickly. But it is INSIDE where the moisture counts. Now if they took a piece and split it open and measured the very center of it, I promise you that you would pass. They secure dead trees and split them and then sell them.

The wood was so bad I bought a moisture meter. The wood which was causing issues that I was finishing during split was 20% inside. THEIR WOOD WAS 30%.

To add insult to injury, to keep the wood burner going, after a couple attempts to burn this "2 chord" of wood, they shorted me about a face chord( maybe a bit more. I paid premium for a chord of ash. I made no more than two failed attempts before getting a meter to tell ne inside moisture was at 30%. A half chord would be 8' x 6'. A face chord is 1.5' wide, 8' long and 4 feet high. My racks due to assembly message are 7" shorter in length and 3.5" in height.
The photos show 3 and a partial 4th row. That void is 3' in height
and given three other row mostly 1/2 chords I figure I was shorted most of a face chord(4' height and 8' long). By definition a chord is 4' wide, 4'high and 8' long.

That is simply insult to injury. Do not get wood here.

Feb review:

I am extremely disappointed in the "burnable" chord wood I was just suckered into buying. I had a moisture meter coming Tuesday but bought 2 chord anyways from the things they told me. "Oh, we burn it in our wood fire boiler, wood stove and fireplace. It is measuring 14-16%". NOT. I tried 4 hours to get a fire burning in my insert with that wood after getting a reasonable coal base from burning some of the ash which was so so to ignite and burn. After getting my tester and splitting a triangle piece of their wood it measured 30%. Going back to burning my 20% wood from a fall purchase. I was buying for NOW. I'll have to get it off my lawn suppose it will be fine for next winter. Have 1/2 chord plus left for the winter but wood people just can't say the truth about how dry their wood is. Buy what you need in the early spring for the next winter. PARDON MY SHUTTING, BUT THEY LIED BIG TIME. Useless pile for this winter.

I bought firewood cut to my requested length. Delivery came on time and as I requested. Will use again. Thanks
