Craig was professional, responsive, and did a quality job. He made sure to do clean work and didn’t leave any stains on my siding from the gutter cleaning. He sent a reminder ahead of my appointment which was nice as well. Overall I was pleased with his work and will be contacting this company again for my gutter cleaning.

I had Craig and his assistant come out to clean out my dryer vent, which I had never had done in the 11 years I've been in my house. Turns out no one in the entire life of the house ever did it, as it was almost completely blocked (it's amazing my house hasn't burned down). They cleaned it the best they could, but the old duct was in really bad shape and had been poorly installed, and Craig said it would be better and safer just to replace it. They were able to get a new duct installed in about an hour. Overall it was a very good experience, and now that I know how important this particular maintenance is, I will be calling them again in the future.

Quality of work is top class and best of all is Mass Dusters is reasonably priced which is the reason i first engaged with this company. Its a one person business who also happens to own the business and he is very customer obsessed. He is also very humble and easy to work with. He won’t count pennies on the dollar and looks to get the job done at lower cost. I am so glad to have engaged him and already referred to few others in a short time. I found Mass Dusters online and booked them to do some work at my parent's home. Not only were they on time, but the crew was incredibly friendly and easy going. Craig came by to clean out my dryer duct. Great experience all around. From when I called, Craig came by the next day and did a thorough job and even reinforced my dryer duct connection that wasn't put on the best by the appliance installer. Would certainly recommend to others and use again.

Mass dusters went above and beyond other companies! Our dryer was not working and had 2 prior companies before that did not resolve the issue. Mass Dusters were able to find that the vent was not connected in the attic. They were able to clean and reinstall the vent into the attic and also install our vent from the dryer into the wall. They were friendly, quick, and fully resolved our issue. I would 100% recommend them.

This company does a great job! I’ve used them recently to have my dryer vent cleaned and they just came and washed my windows. They look great! Very friendly, and professional and easy to communicate to schedule services! I highly recommend them!

They performed the service as if they were in a rush and had no regard for the damage they did. Left vents popped out, broke a bunch of vent attachments and drilled holes without even letting us know. When we called to discuss the issues the owner was extremely rude and not concerned about the issues, he offered no solutions. Wouldn't recommend

Rude customer service. Literally laughed at my price range inquiry. Perhaps this was an outdated range (but I have paid this price before). This was unprofessional and unwarranted. Do not waste your time.
