I had an appointment on my day off for thursday between 8-11am. They called me at 6 PM the night before to try and switch it from 2-5. When I said I couldn't do that, they assured me they would be here in the morning. They then called me at 8:30 that morning and told me their driver had a rock hit the window and that they wouldn't be able to make it. How did they not call me the night before this might have been believable.

we recently had our carpet and tile floors cleaned by brody and dwayne. a very professional job from start to finish by king carpet cleaning. james kept us updated about arrival time and sent over quotes and receipts quickly. they were careful to protect our home and made the whole process easy from beginning to end. they made sure the cleaning met our expectations. you will need to move any furniture before cleaning starts. carpet looks great and our tile floors look like new. very pleased and will definitely use them again!

James from the carpet cleaning team came to my home and checked out my two oriental rugs. He said they could handle cleaning both rugs. James also gave me a great idea for fixing the unfinished ends of my larger oriental rug. After some time, James let me know that my rugs were all cleaned up, and the ends of the bigger rug had been neatly finished with a short fringe. The team even offered to deliver the rugs back to my place. Both rugs look amazing now, and I’m very happy with how the large rug’s edges turned out.
