Refused service to come out when furnace was leaking. Great job Ron at least you showed me who not to call! Yeah it wasn't a $$$ issue. Told me he wouldn't come out even if I had $10000 in cash.

This oil company claims they are family based for years but has NO problem screwing families over to make an extra buck. They are crooks and if Ann is your rep I feel bad for you. Poor customer service and poor representation of a company

Very pleased from Mike ( estimator ) to service techs . Replaced existing gas furnace & central air system . 2 day install but had heat same day . No additional fees except permit . Took away all old system . Have had it for 30 days , all working fine

I was surprised to read some bad reviews. I have used Dupuis Oil for 34 years! They have always been excellent. Service, pricing and professional service- always. I recommend them to everyone.

On the last visit the tech said that the ignition was a little loud when the boiler kicked and would see if he could do something about it. The tech made some adjustments and now it's 100% better.

BE WARNED: Do not contract this company! You will be sorry. They are terrible, unprofessional and useless. They were contracted to install a Generac Generator. After giving them a deposit and waiting six months they still could not get a generator. I then had to acquire generator on my own and they couldn't get it installed correctly and had to have someone else finish the job. Their solution was to tell me it was not their problem.

Had a scheduled visit for a quote. Employee who showed up was immediately rude and aggressive. I would not let this employee inside my house and will not do work with this company.

Long history but I’ll begin when dupuis installed a new top end oil burner. Well they charged me top dollar. Three years later the iron core cracked are released carbon monoxide into the house. When I called I was told that the “new” models “ where made in china and where only covered for three years. Pitiful customer service. They purchase inferior products and sold them as top quality brands.
All worked out for me in the end as I contacted Vaughn oil, they installed a top quality burner and after twenty years it’s still running 84% efficient.
So beware if your looking for an oil company.

Dupuis cleaned and serviced my oil converted to gas furnace. The unit passed the carbon monoxide test I needed to get insulation in my house. The service technician also got my third floor forced hot air furnace up and running quickly (it needed a filter replacement). The service was affordable and only took an hour for both furnaces.

I've been with Dupuis for about 10 years. Overall a good experience except for the propane side. Last November my stove stopped working and I needed a replacement. It's been 6 month. emailing back and forth with Dupuis and nothing has changed. I don't understand. The oil side good. The propane side...?

If you want to pay for oil before they even deliver, go with this company. Jen at the office is very rude. They had me sign a contract and failed to tell me they would not only run my credit but payments for oil deliveries need to be paid in advance. I find it outrageous to have to pay 800 bucks at once before even getting the oil. I will be terminating my contract for sure.

On February 21, my hot water tank blew up I was in the middle of getting ready to go to my mother-in-law‘s funeral. They came in immediately told me don’t worry about nothing Mr. Wise we will take care of everything. I left my house to them they came in they didn’t amazing job And they left my house just the way I left it that morning. God bless these people because I could not done what I had to do that day if it wasn’t for them.

Switched from AmeriGas this year to Dupuis because AG’s service was of the “If I could give it less than one star, I would” category. Dupuis has been a pleasure to work with from day one - everything AG did wrong, Dupuis does right. They actually monitor the propane level so you don’t out (happened twice with AmeriGas causing costly plumbing problems), they answer their phone and call you back, they listen when you say you want your tanks filled when the level reaches 40%, and if there is a problem, they fix it quickly. This is how a company should be run!

Had them for 8 years and because I didn’t get oil from them for 4 months the didn’t wanna renew my contract and send an oil delivery like if I was asking for free oil . Was told that if I wanted I can get oil somewhere else or from where I was getting oil past months . Was in shock at their employee customer service.
Never ever had I had a company be so bluntly rude to a paying customer.
Do not recommend.

We have been a customer of Dupuis for 2yrs for delivery of oil and a annual cleaning. They had serviced the house before we owned it for many years . Had a small drip from the bottom of our oil tank. Called Dupuis to come inspect our tank. Their tech came out crawled under the tank and reached up behind the tank and said there is a leak atleast half way up the tank and cannot be patched because of location, going to need a new tank. Contractors came out later that day to replace the tank, as I was curious were this leak was as the tank was already out and on the back of the truck me and 2 of the contractors looked over the tank and found no leaks and contractor mentioned there was no bushing in filler neck and tank was most likely over filled. As it was wet from filler neck all the way to the bottom of tank where drip was coming from. Dupuis response was tank was old and needed to be replaced and there was a hole. Which hole was not there when we looked over it and by the time the contractors were done with job there was magically a perfect circular hole on bottom of tank. I have pictures of everything. Not where said leak was coming from. Tricked us into a new tank for $2300 when there was no need for it and did nothing for us. If you like getting lied to and scammed this is the company for you.

Once you are an established customer they are okay. But they have predatory sales. And would rather hard sell you propane tanks before you even have a working furnace. The sales people don't know anything about HVAC they will end up costing you unnecessary money

Working with Dupuis Energy has been an amazing experience. Everyone has been very accommodating and the pricing is excellent! Shout out to John F in the ops/sales team.

Up until today I would have rated them 5/5. However, without notice they no longer provide boiler services without an oil contract. They also would not provide the service if we entered into an oil contract until they could deliver oil first. Regardless of the fact that the boiler was currently non functional and we were long time customers.
Poor way to end a years' long relationship.
